Bishop Strickland is a truly holy Shepherd. He loves the Lord Jesus Christ with his whole heart, mind soul and strength. He defends the entire "deposit of faith". This is not always the case for Bishops, at least at this challenging time in the Catholic Church. And, this wonderful Diocese reflects his genuine, living faith, in the faith of the people, the priests and the deacons

I love that Bishop Strickland has called out the evil of democrats murdering babies and making all Americans pay for it. The Church MUST do more to fight against democratic marxism overtaking our country and the world. More must be done to highlight Hillary Clinton, Biden, Pelosi and all the marxist machine trying take over humanity. Rome seems to do nothing about it and should do as Strickland does every day.

I have not been here. I keep hitting googles "I have not been here" but because I work across the street Google insists I have been here. So I will rank it 5 out of 5 for architecture. The building is quite lovely and the grounds are always well kept.

I've been here since 1978 in Longview. Before the Diocese of Tyler existed, we had a good formation with our current Bishop. He was a good priest, very kind, humane, well-mannered, and with a good sense of humor—a true man of God. Later, we had the pleasure of having a very good spiritual guide, a very good Deacon, José Carbajal, and Catholic Charities run by some nuns. In 1983, we were fortunate to have good formators, now Father Rubén Figueroa. I experienced Marriage Encounter and Cursillos in Christianity, thanks to the good bishops that the Lord Jesus Christ has sent us in every age. My husband, Máximo, and I, already formed, were able to form a good family, committed to the Lord and His Church. Now, it's a family of families. Five of our children are already married. And the youngest, who turns 18 in May, graduates and joins the Marines. God bless and continues to bless the Diocese of Tyler, TX.
