Our family loves the guided, outdoor Walk to Bethlehem weekend presented here each year in mid-December. It is a well-organized event, weather permitting, with friendly people to welcome visitors and inform/invite them to services (without being pushy). Beginning in the fellowship hall, enjoy nativity scenes of many styles from around the world, simple activities, and a cookie/coffee/cocoa fundraiser benefiting their youth group. The inside of the church is decorated beautifully (plenty of photo opportunities), live music from the worship team in the sanctuary, and a small petting zoo.

Rev. Rustenhaven I met two years ago and he said I was welcomed at their church as I am. Though I'm continue to sin I ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness and understanding, so I've been wanting to attend. On way to shreveport I attended church and then a second time. Beautiful to hear and to be there. They all made me feel welcomed. Thank you Lord, Amen.
