This is a beautiful stop right off the highway. Its completely free and does have a gift shop. The cross is surrounded by the Stations of the Cross. Its a great way to stretch your legs and enjoy some beautiful masonry work. They also have an exact replica of the tomb Jesus was buried in. I strongly recommend stopping by.

My very favorite place to visit when passing Amarillo. I've been here many times over the years as a long distance truck driver. They have always made me feel welcomed and indeed welcome drivers who pass through and needing a rest to come by. Plenty of room for big trucks to park. They have an awesome store and their kiosk which has a large replica of the Shroud of Turin is absolutely fascinating. I feel God's presence and the presence of His Holy Angels every time I come by. 🙏 ✝️

A beautiful place to reflect on Christ's suffering for me. Everything was done nicely, particularly the Stations of the Cross, which hold a special place in my heart for Jesus. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip to stop. It was much bigger and contained more statues than I thought that it had. We enjoyed our visit.

It's a Catholic based memorial for Jesus Christ but definitely worth it for any dominion of YHWH to stop by. Seeing life size statues of Jesus carrying the cross and being crucified will put e different feeling in your chest. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior!

All traveling in the area should stop here!!! There is a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you open your vehicle door and is truly worth the stop and extra time to really take in all that is there. From the stations of the cross to the tomb display it is unique and highly important for any Christian or Non-Christian who to experience this special place. The gift shop has perfect gifts for any one in your family, wall decor, books, holiday ornaments, etc... My husband surprised me and bought our family an extremely nice Nativity set there, so obviously I definitely recommend checking out the gift shop!!!! Thank you to the owners, this will be a stop that we will strive to visit yearly on our family road trips!

This is a wholesome stop. The structures around the large cross is also a walkthrough timeline, that has a small tumb/cave just off to the side. There are other several dedicated structures throughout the property. Plenty of parking, large gift shop.

You must stop here! I was expecting just a giant cross in the middle of no where. It was a stop my daughter picked for our road trip, we got there and I was overwhelmed with emotion. My pictures do not do it justice!!!
