Pastor Jones is truly amazing. His sermons often feel as though they are speaking directly to you. He has a remarkable gift for storytelling that keeps everyone engaged from beginning to end. His passion for God shines through in every message, and you can feel that passion deep in your heart. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels like they matter.

We, my family, have recently become members of this church. I love the preaching which comes straight from the Bible. There are beautiful hymns sung followed by more contemporary worship music. The people who are regular attenders and members are very welcoming to all visitors. Come and get filled with truth. Everyone is welcome to hear Gods message!

Love our church! We started attending over 4 years ago when we moved to the area. Our plan was to visit several churches but we instantly felt like we belonged at CCOH after one visit and we haven’t been anywhere else since. Solid biblical teaches from Pastor Steve and one of the most friendly and loving congregations you’ll find. Come visit us!

A vibrant body of believers centered around God’s Word. My wife and I enjoyed visiting while living up in the area for a few months. Their Sunday morning service has a good mix of contemporary worship and classic hymns with prayer and readings followed by thoughtful and passionate preaching. On Thursday evenings they meet for an informal, interactive study that includes a covered dish meal, often with venison. They love Jesus and their community and it shows.

This church is on point. The congregation is very welcoming and friendly and Pastor Steve Sanchez preaches from the Word of God. He's an evangelist pastor preaching exactly what God commands of us. There's nothing "weird" going on here. No snakes or people rolling around on the ground. You will enjoy your worship and fellowship. BUT, prepare to be challenged! VERY kid friendly, too!

Community Church of the Hills is such a thoughtful and welcoming church home. When we moved to JC this was one of the first places we visited and immediately felt apart of the family. Pastor Steve is one of the most biblically-sound and fearless pastors I have ever heard or spent time I community with.

I need to say some nice things about the Community Church of the Hills. I am not a member, but have attended Bible Study there and spoken on many occasions with the pastor Steve Sanchez. I have listened to some of his sermons on the website. I have learned much from the bible studies; the ladies in the studies were the face of Christ. Pastor Steve is the real deal who preaches the real and raw Word of God. He preaches it with love and compassion but doesn't beat around the bush. If you are looking for a church home or just want to visit sometime…come to this church. Sharon W

I loved the worship, a sensitive mix of traditional and contemporary. Pastor Steve preached an excellent sermon about hypocrisy and true worship. If you want a church that is a friendly community, this church is a vibrant body.
