An incredible community at City Tribe Church. A few years back - I arrived at the 8:30 AM service with someone I had just met, who had invited me to join them. By God's grace, I believe this was His plan all along. A few years later, City Tribe Church feels like home to me. If you're looking for a place to truly experience a vibrant, welcoming community, look no further than City Tribe Church. From the moment you step through the doors, you feel the energy, warmth, and passion that define this church. The atmosphere is electric with love, inclusivity, and a deep sense of purpose. What stands out the most is the authenticity of the leadership. Pastor Doug, Jeannie, and all Eagles at City Tribe are approachable, welcoming, and genuinely care about the spiritual growth of every individual. Each message is delivered with passion, helping to deepen your faith and challenge you to live with greater purpose. The worship experience is truly powerful. The music is vibrant and soulful, creating an environment where you can genuinely connect with God. Whether you're new to the faith or a long-time believer, the worship team ensures that you feel encouraged and uplifted. The sense of community here is second to none. City Tribe is a place where everyone is welcomed with open arms, regardless of background or where you are on your spiritual journey— Come As You Are. It's a place where you can grow, serve, and build meaningful relationships. Speaking of, Cultivate, has transformed my life, not just for the better, but by drawing me even closer to the almighty, Lord Jesus. The programs and events offered for all ages foster connection, deeper understanding, and outreach in incredible ways. Overall, City Tribe Church is a beacon of hope, love, and faith. Whether you're seeking spiritual growth, a fresh start, or a deeper connection, this church will help you find it. I’m so grateful to be part of such a life-changing community!

So VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, I was searching for my UNIVERSAL FAMILY IN JESUS CHRIST...AND DEFINITELY NOT HERE.. I WAS SO VERY INVISIBLE... THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY SEEMS LIKE IN MY OPINION ONLY A GROWING SOCIAL CLUB THAT IF YOU DONT LOOK LIKE THEM... OH GOODNESS IM NOT COMING BACK. SORRY IF I HAVE TO LOOK JUST LIKE YOU TO BE WELCOME.. NO.. IM SUPER CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH, BUT MULTIPLE TIMES TRYING THIS CHURCH, EVEN THE PASTOR TOOK ONE LOOK AT THIS WHITE MALE AND ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T WANT TO TALK TO ME.. IM NOT EVER RETURNING HERE. nope. I wash the bottom of my feet to these..AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES TRYING AND EXPERIENCING**THE SAME SICK RACISM EACH TIme WAS PATHETIC!!!!!!!! I was severely hurt by these pharacies. And when I let them know, there was NO APOLOGIES, they ONLY wanted to argue. I'm Not about that at all..

What a great community. My daughter and I went to the 8:30 am service this morning and absolutely loved it. Pastor Doug had a short but powerful message and the music surrounding his message was very uplifting. Thanks for having us!

I was in town for a conference and wanted to check out a local church. It’s pretty predictable if you’ve been part of a Christian Church before. If you’re a guest, expect to be swept with the crowd. I went to the 8:30 am service and it was packed- I got there around 8:15 and no one talked to me, or said hello (which, if you’re not a Christian that might be appealing because you can sneak in and out without having to talk to anyone). They have all the bells and whistles of a modern church. Their musicians are supremely talented - expect an off-the-charts worship experience. The pastor goes quickly, in a good way. He doesn’t belabor a point or get side tracked. He is intelligent and relatable. Everything is coordinated and the congregation is incredibly welcoming (they “offer peace” where people are forced to say hello to each other. If it weren’t for that no one would have said a word to me). At the end you’re not encouraged to fellowship because there’s another service right after. The doors of the auditorium open directly to the sidewalk where you just leave. If you’re curious about the gospel or about church in general, I’d say this would be a great experience for you. If you’re looking to connect deeper, it’ll be up to you, in my experience. They’re very nice, but you need to initiate the connection if you’re looking to get involved.

Loving this little church with a big family feel. If I can say one this about this place to anyone......It would be do CULTIVATE 🌱..... IT IS LIFE CHANGING! (what is CULTIVATE? glad you asked...it is a small group that meet for 16 weeks focusing on healing wounds and braking generational curses and ends with the life changing weekend retreat in the country) - hope you get a chance or tell some who needs a change for better....just plan better.

Always feel welcomed here. Place to connect with other people who love Jesus. If you haven't met Him yet, this is the Church to learn what He's all about.

I was visiting San Antonio and went to service here because I was drawn to it after reading the reviews on the worship team and Pastor Doug. My friend and I were not disappointed!! The Holy Spirit could be felt as soon as you walked in from the hospitality of the people as you enter (with coffee - win! win!) to the worship team (which blew me away for a small church!!) to Pastor Doug's sermon (which I sent to people I know because it was so good!). I still watch the services online and will definitely be attending again when visiting San Antonio.

🙌I’ve been attending City Tribe for more than ten years already. I need my City Tribe every week.💕 To become closer to my Lord. But if I miss, I can always watch online. Which is great too. Thank you City Tribe 🕊️and a special thank you to PastorDoug!! Every Sunday, I feel the love, the passion, and the dedication you bring. 🤩Even your guest, they’re always on fire for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you haven’t dropped in, it’s a must. Don’t 🐝 scared.
