I have been searching for a Christian church for me and my partner to attend. This church is very welcoming and has great service. The only issue is this past Sunday there was a guest pastor . I was suprised that he brought up politics during service and said “support Israel “ …. I will not be returning due to this . Not everyone has the same political views and it was inappropriate.

A great community, with theologically sound and biblical pastors. Always a pleasant experience whether you come in person or watch online. In person is always preferred and recommended.

This is a friendly place for the entire family. If you are hurting emotionally, feeling lost or depressed. There is help from GOD for everyone in this place. Feel free to come as you are with all your hurts and scars. GOD'S presence is really here, and help from GOD'S Holy Word heals the broken hearted and brings peace.

We are a military family. This is the best church we have attended. From the leadership to the community, it is very family oriented and Christ centered. Those that work and volunteer here are humble and we will miss the relationships we have built here. Praying our next church home is as loving and caring as CVC.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned in the reviews, how LOUD the music is! You couldn’t hear anyone else singing except the performers on stage. I’m a senior, but I went to plenty of rock concerts when I was younger and am married to a guitar player, so loud music is something I’m used to. But THIS was too loud. I left at the end of P&W, and the door man asked if I was too cold. I said it was too loud, and he said there had been complaints? There’s a room you can go to that’s not as loud. How about turn it DOWN! Also, I had to park several rows from the front, but “cars with children” get to park right in front? This is not a church for Seniors. I won’t be returning.

I am from out of town, I used to live in El Paso, I like the preaching and the people from this church, from my home town some times I be watching it online. Some people love to complain online or reviews but they don’t talk or ask questions to the manager or person in charge before they give their PERSONAL OPINION. Just speak for your self and your experience like I do, check my reviews 😇 God bless your brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ name Amen.

Update 03/27/2025 My husband and I moved from El Paso, but I still consider this church one of the best. I have been to a discipleship church before, and I just wanted to share some knowledge with Seth about whether he's still in charge of discipleship; there are books on cell vision by Cesar Castellanos. I'm not saying connect with him and his cell movement, but a church that actively walked in discipleship had cell groups in their homes, and it felt real/natural rather than forced. I truly hope that helps. My best to this church and it's members :) ____First Review____ This is a great church. The pastor leaves you with the conviction to change and grow without making you feel hopeless about yourself. The people who serve are welcoming and caring. I'm glad I got to grow here, and I invite friends to grow with me. I just can't wait not to have to wear masks anymore.

I feel as a church you should be good to your neighbors and as their neighbor there is an elementary school my kids attended, and the church is very mean and ugly to the kids and their parents over a parking, but when the school is not being in use of their parking, the church takes over their parking I think it’s very inconsiderate of the church and I can just imagine how they run the church. People that work there during the day speed in and out of the school and one time almost hit me waking to pick up my son.

It's unfortunate that I have to write a horrible review for a place of worship but this place is not that. A first glance yes just like a gorgeous apple tree that gives bountiful apples it looks inviting but until you bite into the apple you find out the apple is rotten to the core. That was my experience and families experience at CVC. The people there are wonderful but our experience and the reason for this rating is due to the leadership of this place of "Business". This is not a church or place of worship, it is a place of business. The leadership does not have an open door policy to all like God intended, those with money that can sustain their place of business are the only ones welcome here. The only ones that can give money, are the only one's welcome here. It is very unfortunate that the leadership has lost there way. God does not say "take the bread out of your child's mouth and give it to me so you can sit at my table with me and have faith that I will provide. " but as a community " have faith that give that bread to your child and you go hungry that I will provide for your entire family because we as a MEGA CHURCH will carry on. " sadly they have lost their way, and this saddens me because we are children of God no matter what we wear or how much money we make or give. Seek the word else. My humble opinion, because I will take my family elsewhere and love of God elsewhere.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would I am extremely disappointed in this church. I use to attend this church until last year they started blocking off all access to parents who’s children attend the school right in the same parking lot so that they don’t park in their parking while picking up or dropping of their kids at school. The same parents and children who attend this church. They have blocked all access and put up little gates every day so that parents don’t park in the area even when the parking lot is empty and not being used. It’s very sad that a “church” is would do that to the own community who pours back into this church! It’s a shame! They make parents park way further then it should be necessary and with all construction going on Montana and lee Trevino making it almost impossible to get out there is only one way. Which makes traffic even more horrible. It’s sad that they do this when it’s the same family’s who attend their church.

Love this place, Holy Spirit filled praise and sermons. Great youth group for teens and young adults. The counseling service for marriages and individuals is also great. Rooted in Biblical principals and perfect place to bring ANYONE. Almost perfect, but teach from various translations, that makes it hard to memorize verses. Overall the best place in El Paso to raise a family.

Love it here! So genuine. You can feel it is different. Pastor doesn’t sugar coat anything like others. He tells you like it is & how it’s written in the Bible. He’s not a screamer either which I can appreciate. Overall a place to worship & be blessed.

Invites politics into a house of God. Shameful.

My family and I are so blessed to be a part of The CVC Family! Pastor Lamb and Ministry are AMAZING and we love attending church service every Sunday! We love that our children are learning so much about The Bible and receiving God's Word and Biblical Truth every Sunday as well. Their Children's Ministry is beautiful and their CVC Church Band is beautiful! The Worship is always so uplifting and spiritual! I get emotional everytime in a good way. Thank you CVC for all you do for us Christians.
