I finally started back attending this church regularly in 2024, and I like Pastor Rusty, but I don’t feel as welcomed. I have tried to become more active and involved, but communication is very poor with some newer staff. The staff and volunteers who’ve been there for years are still just as professional, considerate, and approachable as they’ve always been. They’re the reason I joined years ago, and the only reason I’ve kept trying now, but I’ll definitely find a new church before I stay where I am not wanted.

We absolutely love it here. Such an amazing church. The kids ministry is phenomenal. So many things to offer for all stages of life. Sunday worship rocks! Sports 360 is a blast. Pastor Rusty is absolutely the best. Just love the way he preaches. So glad we found this church!

This church has its merits, but the experience is often overshadowed by an excessive focus on financial contributions. While tithing is emphasized, communication is severely lacking; despite reaching out multiple times via email, phone, and social media regarding baptism, I’ve received no response. It is disappointing to see such a disconnect between the constant requests for donations and the silence when a member seeks spiritual support.

So me and my family have been trying to find a church home that aligns with Christ teachings and mission. Every "church" has a tithe and offering...okay only if it helps the community and Jesus mission...which at this "organization" it seems to be more aligned with building buildings rather than helping people. As you can see from the attached photo, I sent an email inquiring about their finances before joining such an organization in which I received no response. However, I do receive emails about joining their Men Ministry. This is what Jesus warned us about in Acts 5! Now outside of that...this is a good place to where people who care and are concern about the world and what they can do for their neighbor can meet. The structure and flow of operations is something to admire. Would I recommed it for worship? No. Would this be the first place I recommend to be in the circle of believers. Maybe Church360 like any other business strives to pull the strings of emotions rather than text. 1/5 stars for me.

I have been coming here for 3 or 4 years now. I really enjoy Rusty, especially the wit he brings to his messages. Growing up, church sermons were serious & I don't remember chuckling as much. I really loved Caleb leading the singing. He sang with the tempo of the songs we all know. He would give opportunities to the others on stage with him to lead a song. Just really loved the combination of Rusty & Caleb each Sunday. It was what had me come back week after week without missing a service. Then last year during the revival, David was introduced as a visiting song leader. Then he just started leading more & more. And Caleb just filled in once in awhile. I feel like David is having his own personal concert on stage each Sunday. The tempo of the lyrics when he sings changes & you find yourself singing out before he does, very often. I've stopped singing to the Lord because it's embarrassing to sing the words before he does. And I've noticed the regulars around me have also stopped singing out. Instead they just sway to the music. I wish he would just maintain how the songs already are, since we hear them on Christian radio & know how they're sung. I love when Wendy leads a song. I love when the black gentleman in glasses leads a song, what a beautiful voice they both have. But these days it seems to be David turning service into a showboating service. It hasn't caused me to leave the church. But I think there are times before I leave that I cringe & decide I'm not in the mood to go watch that. So I watch it online at a time when I can forward to the message. Everything else about this church is lovely in my eyes. But it doesn't seem like David sings to the Lord, he seems to be having his own performance mostly. I don't know why Caleb is no longer the song leader & I guess I shouldn't. But he lead an upbeat, pleasing, respectful kind of way when he sings. And it's missed by not only me.

Church 360 /crossroads used to be about Christ and family and they used to care about the one person everything is a business but it seems they care more about expanding and there business then the actual people and reaching actual people recently me and my family went through a ruff patch and I was told that maybe I should look at other church's I didn't know how to take this information I felt so unwelcome and unwanted . I tithed just like everyone else I participated just like everyone else I was even baptized here which absolutely sucks it was almost as if they were telling us to go somewhere else . The guest are always welcoming as well as the staff but the pastors and there staff seem so judgemental and they write you off without even speaking to you . This was my personal experience it might not be yours . My children were hurt to learn they were unwanted I have never heard of any church referring you to seek another church as if your inconveniencing them by you trying to seek counsel . At Every church it will be at least one thing you don't care for no one is perfect not even organizations but if that's where you are called to be please make an impact change what's going on from the inside shine a light on the situation.. the community is what makes crossroads a place to go and the children's ministry those teachers are so sweet and caring it almost makes you forget the adult side of things . This church is not for everyone . And hey GOD has a funny way of turning things around for everyone the person who is denied or judged could be the very person who comes back years later to help the very place that rejected him or her keep your head up people one thing I know for sure is he said come as you are . If this is not a place you feel you can do that it might not be the place for you .

I called this church and ask for assistance as a single Mother. I needed help paying $100 light bill and they told me flat out NO, sadly.😞 Please, choose wisely who you give your money time and worship of service to. I was shocked, a big beautiful church like this just sad …

I come to church to worship and grow in my faith, not to feel financially pressured. I understand tithing is biblical, but when multiple services is about money, building plans, hitting financial goals, and even subliminally suggesting we take out home equity loans or delaying bills to give more, it’s just too much.

what in the Righteous Gemstones is going on here? I haven’t been to church in years since I left home, but came back and decided it was important for me to ground my faith. I decided to check out Church360, only 3 church services in and it felt like I was sitting in a business proposal meeting the entire hour. I also don’t appreciate manipulating the Word of God to fit their agenda, yes we are to tithe but you’re asking people to tithe in the thousands? Have you gone mad? Are you aware of many people’s current financial situations? If they’re so set on “being for the community” like the pastor claims…they should do more community events that’s how you spread the goodness of your church name..not by having the biggest building or the nicest things in the metroplex. Very distasteful.

This is a place where people care that you're there. Its for people who are searching and those that have known Christ for along time. There is a place for you!
