Was asked about my order in the drive-thru 3x only to receive french fries with brown gravy instead of the mashed potatoes that was requested. The quality & freshness of the food has NEVER been a problem; the crew actually listening to you, however, is disappointing.

Went to this location & this is not the first time that’s this has happened!!! The workers are lazy & do NOT want to do their job and drop chicken or even make a new batch of tea!!! They close at 11, it was 9:40 when I went up there to place an order, I was told that it’s a 20 minute wait on chicken (like this is a churches chicken right) then I asked if they had sweet tea bc we wanted a gallon of sweet tea to take home, they said they have just enough to make a medium cup of tea “maybe”. Like yall don’t close until 11 you can’t make a new batch to make a sale!! Just trash, workers are trash, we’re already closing the store down a whole hour before closing time !! I work in the food industry & it’s just applauding with how lazy these people that work here are even the MANAGER!!! Do better !! It’s your job!!! I work in the food industry & it doesn’t matter if someone comes in 10 minutes before close they still get the same service as the first customer that walked in when they first opened !! Sorry not sorry but I’ve never been a Karen but the laziness of this establishment is ridiculous!!

Ordered online during my lunch break, got my food and got back to work and realized I only got half the food I ordered. I called and they guy who answered seemed nice and said just bring the receipt back and they would get me the other pieces. So I left work again went back to the restaurant and the girls working just sat around and talked for a good 5 minutes then decided helping me was worth their time. Showed her the receipt and the girl helping me says nothing and just stairs at another girl like she didn't know what to do. She asks if I have the food and I explain no it's at work, I am on my lunch break and when I opened the box that's when I noticed and called. The food is there, and the guy that took my call just said bring the receipt like it was no big deal. I didn't know there was going to be a whole investigation. The other girl goes "well if she said she didn't get it just give it to her" then another girl chimes in from the back and says she remembers making the meal and it was all in there. I asked why I would I lie about 2 pieces of chicken, why would I call, it's not that serious, I just want what I paid for. Anyway, a few more minutes of them all staring at each other and she finally decides to get the missing pieces. The whole situation was rude, when they are the ones who screwed up the order then made me drive back and forth.

I waited in line and the cashiers ignored me to help the black customers (who were nice but came after me) first. I stood at the front of the line for like 15 minutes before leaving. Even told them I hadn't been helped. Pure racism

I cannot believe the audacity of this store! I came in today with my wife, and while we were waiting for our food I have had my worst experience in hospitality services ever! One worker, Christina, started cussing at me from behind the counter, and has shown such unprofessionalism. I am a veteran, and never in my life have I experienced such a disrespect! And that wasn’t the only bad experience I have had with this store. As a platinum DoorDasher I deal with hospitality workers a lot, and with this store I have had the worst experiences of my life!!! Don’t even bother coming here! The service is awful and not worth the time or money spent!!! Such a disgrace!

Church's Chicken was a good experience today. The food was hot and fresh, great fried chicken. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Worth a visit if you are craving fried chicken and fried okra.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Last night my husband and I purchase a 16 piece chicken meal with six extra biscuits and three sides. We get home eat a piece of chicken and a little afterwards we started having stomach issues going to the bathroom etc. And we're still having stomach issues! First of all people travel from all around and distances wanting to stop and get something hot and fresh to eat to relax at home and we're being asked while having stomach issues!And by the time if we were able to return the chicken to Church's the store was already closed.We spent $47.87 we call this morning and apparently the lady wasn't sure if she was a manager or not and went on ahead and said she was, had an attitude was unknowledgeable about things, put this on hold for almost 5 minutes calling the general manager telling us that we need to wait till Monday to go to the store or talked to him on the phone 😤 this is terrible and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this store at all. 3 years ago we also had a terrible issue with this church is then decided to give it another try, and by looking at all these reviews it is terrible personally we think that the store should just be closed down and coded for very unhealthy food handling!!! Please don't waste your money at this place you will regret it and have a very terrible experience!!! We will never come to this church is ever again it should be condemned and shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!

Excellent place to get some Church's Texas Chicken. The staff in here are working hard and very friendly. They even had me try one of their famous cheddar jalepeno biscuits which was delicious. They keep the restaurant very clean. It is really easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of free parking in their lot.

Got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and was told not to get the smaller sandwich since it tastes similar to a McChicken. The chicken was juicy and did not disappoint for a Texas Fast-food chain! The mashed potatoes & fries were great portion sizes & touches to the meal.

Worst experience of my life! I came here with my husband, and one lady, Christina, started cussing at him and treating him with so much disrespect. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional people. I have worked in hospitality myself, and behavior like this cannot be excused. Cussing at customers and treating them with this much disrespect cannot be excused. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Never ever again will I step a foot into this store!!!!
