I use to come here years ago. I came back this year to help my mom who lives close. Bryan the Pastor is amazing! The Holy Spirit works through this man. His sermons are always on point with what’s going on in my life. The members are really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this church.

For my first visit to this church, I took my sister here yesterday evening to attend their Wednesday night bible class which takes place at 7:00PM. The people were astonishingly welcoming, warm and kind. I love popping in unannounced to places of worship like this. Lots of handshakes, introductions and conversations before anything even starts. The class took place in their main auditorium. We sat up front per usual. The speaker, Bryan, completely knocked it out of the park for just being a midweek late-night bible study class. Another church leader, Alan, spoke for a bit as well. I personally met with, and spoke to, both these individuals during our first appearance at this location. I want to let everyone out there know that if you need a place to go to learn scripture, meet new people, or just get closer to God, then this is a great place to start. GOOD PEOPLE just trying to find salvation and learn the gospel. Finally, I want to say thank you to everyone we met yesterday evening. It is great to see there are still plenty of warm souls still present in this cold world willing to take in strangers as their own. My sister and I will obviously be back as soon as scheduling permits to experience their Sunday morning worship service. PROMISE. Until then, God bless and good journey!

Champions is full of life and people who want to serve the Lord. From the Little Champs preschool, Youth group, Young families to the Young at Heart group for retirees there's always something going on and it's "A Place to Belong". The people at Champions are also active in the community, most recently becoming a shelter for Harvey victims as well as organizing clean up of flooded homes after. Before school starts they frequently do a backpack donation for kids in the neighborhood. You'll enjoy your visit to worship with a friendly diverse group of people and the acapella singing is part of Champion's distinctions.
