Really enjoy the the atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming. Pastor Brad is a great person and very cheerful when spreading the word. My 4yr old loves the kids rooms and never wants to leave. The coffee shop is good. Not pricey. Seating is comfortable.

This is truly one of the BEST churches in the Austin area. The leadership team is authentic, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the doors. Lead Pastors Brad and Cassidy Wilkinson have hearts of gold. They pour so much love, time, and dedication into this ministry and into the lives of people both within Christian Life Austin and beyond. I’m so thankful to have connected to such an incredible church family and leadership team!

Wow, wow, wow--if you are looking for a diverse church, this is the place! I am so excited to have found a church that I can call home and serve. I love the pastor and the team. I am so excited to share, and I hope you guys come and check it out. Make sure to go to the welcome center after and speak to the team. Also, for a midweek service on Wednesday at 7pm. So excited for you to be there!

You can truly feel the presence of God here and the worship team is 10/10. Every service lifts my spirit and the pastors always relate everything back to the Bible, stay on subject, and never make you feel uncomfortable. Their preaching is easy to understand and relatable. This church is wonderful for beginning Christians, especially if you are unsure what to do with the spirit of God or Jesus. There are so many groups you can join and be a part of, making it easy to feel connected. They are very organized with parking. When the main lot fills up, they direct you to park at Burger Stadium or further out, and they have shuttle buses and golf carts running every 2 to 5 minutes. There is a cafe and free coffee, and if you are a first time guest they give you a gift and front parking. They have youth groups and a young adults service every Tuesday with Pastor Sam, who is amazing for that age group, plus services every Wednesday at 7 PM and three services on Sunday. They offer Spanish translation, ASL interpretation, and earplugs and headphones for kids or anyone who needs them. I am part of the LGBTQ community and I feel completely welcomed here. Come as you are. Everyone is very friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs. If you're looking for a church, highly suggest to come here. Everyone is welcomed.

Wish I could give it a negative! And if you're LGBTQ+ community do yourself a favor and don't even attend. Mission statement says, "Come as you're and allow God to move YOU where he wants you to be" Which that's a lie! That's God's job. Am I upset, absolutely! I have been coming to this church for over 10+yrs and recently was asked to step down as an usher because of my lifestyle. Big communication error on their part! Then asked can we even attend this church after?!? Which is valid! But now understand! It's your church, and your place of business at the end of the day! What i don't appreciate is how they went about telling me and my wife after knowing we were married! Yall are all about a certain LOOK AND CLEARLY WANT PEOPLE TO CHANGE ON YOUR TIME, NOT GOD'S! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED!!!💔❤️‍🩹

I have been a member of this church for approximately eight years, and I love it! The congregants are friendly and accepting, and the sermons are always inspiring. The pastor is a guiding light and a blessing to the church, and he has made a significant difference in our community. I would like to express my gratitude for all that you do. Grateful for Pastor Brad who reflects Jesus so naturally. His leadership is 1 of the reasons the church has grown so beautifully. I love how he stands by the entrance both at the beginning and at the end of the service, making time for people in such a personal way. Today after 12:15pm service, my father and I were waiting to greet him. I dreamed about him last night, so it felt important to at least shake his hand, introduce him to my dad who is visiting from out of country. Pastor Brad was in conversation with someone else, and because of his kindness and desire not to be rude, he continued to give them his full attention. My dad grew a little impatient, and we were about to leave, but just as we were walking away, Pastor Brad noticed us and called out with such warmth: “Hey!” He greeted us so genuinely, as though he had been aware of us the whole time. That moment carried such light, humility, & thoughtfulness- it reminded me of how Jesus notices people, even in the smallest details. It may seem simple, but it meant a lot to me and my father. Pastor Brad’s example is a true reflection of Christ’s heart. The worship here is my fav. It’s powerful, uplifting, Spirit-filled. I’ve also been deeply blessed by the Freedom Group. Although I haven’t quite found close community yet, I still love attending service because of the worship, the Word, and Pastor Brad’s Christ-centered leadership. Such a great welcoming team and praise God for the parking team.

I am honestly heartbroken to replace my previous 5 star review of CLA as I truly meant every word and was so invested there and was excited to see the growth year over year. However, when I chose to share a challenging situation and a personal trauma, I was not met with the care or confidentiality I expected from a church family. Instead, my vulnerability was met with gossip, judgement and an 'ambush' by leaders who used my story against me. I was indirectly sidelined without true concern for my spiritual well-being or healing. After three years of dedication, I realized this was not a safe environment for those navigating real-life pain. Please be cautious with your story here; I am sharing this so that others might be spared the same experience.

Sermon Breakdown ————————————— 60% Decent Sermon 20% About how everyone would rather be watching the cowboys/longhorns. 20% Apologizing for preaching too long. The ratios have changed since I’ve last been through, with closer to 75% decent sermon (once in a while a great one). The man has 4 services though! You can tell by the 4th service he’s thinking about a nap—understandable. The events and weekly meetings are where the true fellowship and truly impactful messages are to be found. I benefited a lot from a Men’s group that met several months ago, whereas looking for community during the regular services will get you trampled by all the people rushing out of the church.
