I would like to know why a so called "Christian " based half-way house accepted an individual who within the first couple hours of being released from TDCJ's Huntsville unit immediately used a third party (someone's eles Facebook account) to harass my family. From what values I see are supposed to be in place with Calvary, this individual has not been shown to exhibit thoes values. It reflects EXTREMELY BAD on Calvary Bible college for having such low standards when it comes to actually screening and accepting incarcerated individuals. Expect parole officers to be contacted to get to the bottom of the issue and said behavior. Said behavior is not acceptable and the individual should finish out his prison sentence IN PRISON. Lessons were not learned and no amount of accountability has taken leading me to believe that he would be a threat to the public.

This is an excellent place to learn and grow regardless of your background! Calvary Commission has an intense discipleship training and missions college. As an accredited college, they also offer select degrees all the way through doctorate if you desire to pursue that. As of this writing, a new student building is also being constructed. I'd highly recommend looking into attending and joining the community that is thriving here! Their website offers further info and ways to contact them with any questions.

Last year after I was released from Calvary ..I posted a review I want to apologize for...at the time i was hurt..being a new Christian I took it like an attack on me.I was wrong.While I was at Calvary i gained alot of knowledge that was wonderful and has been very influential in my journey and I am gratful I had that oppertunity.It was over a policy that I just could not abide by was why I was asked to leave.Simple.I am very sorry if I hurt any one on my review..Its a great place for some...It just wasn't what I was cut out for...My life is Jesus..And I am still growing with Christ...Thank you all at Calvary for opening doors for me..God bless..

I was invited . But didn't go . I was more concerned with home. And I realize it was a mistake now , everyone that I met from there was full of God . And I should have had more faith and trust it was where He wanted me to go .
