We started attending Calvary Chapel Lake Jackson and it has been such a breath of fresh air for our family. We leave each week with our hearts full of God’s Word and so encouraged. The community truly loves the Lord and welcomes you with open arms. Pastor Patrick teaches verse by verse straight from the Bible in a way that’s clear and easy to follow. The children’s ministry has also been wonderful with our little ones, which means so much to us. We’re so grateful we found this church home!

Finally a church (in brazoria county) with a pastor teaching through the entire Bible verse by verse or chapter by chapter, not just feel good sermon-ettes or emotional "spirit"services. I have visited almost all within the Clute/lake jackson looking for such. I no longer feel lost going to a service.

Can’t say enough good things about pastor Patrick at Calvary in Lake Jackson! He explains every verse in the Bible with interesting detail. I’ve learned a great deal about the Bible and the true context in just a few services, In a very relaxing and enjoyable setting. He reveals so much more than most churches do, breaking it down into an easy to follow format, capturing your interest as he discusses the historical relevance. Absolutely loved CCLJ! Everyone is super nice, and one of the great things is being able to connect with the pastor before and after service. I went with a few friends and we can’t wait to come back, the service was super simple worship announcements and diving into the word of God. P. Patrick goes line by line teaching, currently through the book of John and then closing with one last song. And one thing that I really loved was after service everyone real quickly prayed together before heading home. I highly encourage giving CCLJ a go for those looking for a church to call home.

I enjoy being a part of Calvary Chapel Lake Jackson. Going through God’s Word verse by verse is so important to hearing the Truth. Pastor Patrick shares this love of God and the salvation message of Jesus Christ. I encourage everyone to be a part of this ministry, it is truly a blessing.
