I have attended service here for years. Been a big part of the church and even became a member. Being who I am always looking for things to keep me busy and active I gave my all. Every event everytime. I was there when they took up the community food pantry. I was there when David Lay became the new pastor. I left because of their prejudice activities, snide comments and sayings behind people's backs that were not Christian like. If you choose this place for service. Wear the armor of Christ our Lord. Don't forget the bullet proof vest, this is Texas after all. Yes, even the preacher, decons and several members of the congregation carry guns.

Im not a believer so i dont go to any church, i usually go for their annual garage sales. I find them to be good people and i like their spirit of community with the food pantry they do and other things they do that makes this place a decent place to live.

I used this church in December. They were really kind didn't judge. We fell on to hard times because work slowed down during the cold weather & they understood. I try not to use food bamks, but sometimes its a last resort

I have had a true Blessing by my experience with this THE BREAD OF LIFE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE. I walked into this church and was greeted with nothing less than a smile and a hug. For me that was a huge start!!! I had the pleasure of meeting David Lay (Pastor) and LesLee Lay (his Beautiful wife) at Celebrate Recovery. They have been attending CR so that they may be able to start another Celebrate Recovery at their church. This caught my interest immediately. I attended a Sunday Service with them in an attempt to learn more. What I learned was THE BREAD OF LIFE CHURCH OF THE NAZERENE has A HEART OF GOLD. The pastor preached from THE BIBLE using nothing but scripture in his sermon. The Pastor, Wife and Member of the BREAD OF LIFE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE have one goal in common. Their goal is to help the Community with nothing less than respect and the love in their hearts. TO SERVE OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. My goal is to become a member and WALK WITH THEM IN THE LIGHT OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!!! It would only take one visit to this AMAZING CHURCH TO FEEL THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WORKING IN THE HEARTS OF ALL!!!
