  This church is full of God's spirit, grace, anointing, blessings, miracles and love. I thank God for all these great leaders. I use to attend this church years ago and life got me away. But I returned December 31, 2025 and the service was amazing! Anyone looking for a church home where there is love, peace, joy, unity, blessings, prosperity and Gods love come and join Bethel Assembly of God! Your life will have purpose and you will be transformed in Jesus name! Your spirit will be fed with the word of God! Come and be blessed and don't come alone! I will be joining the membership class soon! Come and be blessed! God bless you richly!!!

  It takes about a good year to evaluate the ins and outs of a church. I would have to say, over all Bethel has been an exciting and fulfilling experience. The Pastors are down to earth and are teachable based on their interactions I have witnessed with the Assemblies of God leadership and input from the congregation. I apologize for the length, but I think this is important to share. There are a few areas of improvement I would encourage them to look into, if they are so inclined. While the Pastors are down to earth, some of their second tier leadership are elitist and out of touch. Case and point, I had an URGENT message for the Pastor’s wife about an issue outside of the church that would have impacted let’s say her ministry. I was missing a few numbers from her phone number and called a female minister for assistance. The minister asked me what the message was, I said due to confidentiality reasons I couldn’t tell her. Well she didn’t take that very well and treated me like I was some kind of hysterical lunatic. It was demeaning and tone deaf, frankly. Thank God, I was able to find a solution ( although it was very stressful) by myself. The minister did zero follow up and didn’t even pass it on to the Pastor that I was trying to get a hold of her. Zero rationale was given. One of the positive things about this church is the community involvement is deeply embedded. They have given away cars, quality food, and most of all are transparent about their finances. Sadly I have to say, this is rare in most churches. This church also values self improvement( outside of church) and treats it like a ministry. I used to belong to a church that said women seeking higher education are sinners. Bethel not only uplifts education and professional development but makes provision in time and understanding. Sadly, I moved away to another city. However, I am able to visit from time to time until move to home back east. Be blessed Bethel 🙏🏾

  The greeters were warm and hospitable. Service was interesting and sermon communicated with openness, and scripture-based explanations. Facility is also, well maintained. Was visiting while in the San Antonio area and it was very worthwhile.

  This a great church!! A church that is a live, preaches the true word of God. I love the family friendly atmosphere, a church of excellence and has fear of God. The lead Pastors are truly God servants who absolutely love God’s people. Please if you are looking for a home church and you are in the San Antonio area, please consider Bethel Covenant Assembly of God. I absolutely love my church!!!

  I've noticed a lack of respect or consideration from some individuals, Usher's and Other Church workers don't always make none members feel welcome. Everytime my family and I attend this Church or Events, We experience a rude encounter from some of the Usher's and Workers. We serve God by serving other people practice that. The Pastor here is by far the most humble person we have met from Africa to be honest. He teaches to give people hope and to help make this Christian Journey a little more easier for God people.
