Every 3rd weekend in July the descendants of those burried at the Prarie Point Cemetery still gather for a family reunion. My family, the Nelsons and the Tramels are among the oldest families there. There arent enough places like this left in America.

Beautiful resting place in the countryside a couple of miles north of Kerens, Tx. Much of my family is inturned here. Only drawback is that it gets really muddy after a good rain
