Amazing Church and Beautiful Campus! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and everyone here truly rocks—especially Maddy Rodriguez and her team. You can really tell how much they care about the people who come through the doors!

The music and preaching is 🔥 and the people who attend are diverse, loving and friendly. This community is very generous and active in helping the our awesome city. Our kids enjoy going to the children’s program, which is Christ-centered, safe and engaging. I like how this church keeps things focused on Jesus instead of getting wrapped up in politics, preferences and culture wars.

I enjoy the service and the knowledge and understanding that AOC has. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable.

Wonderful church that my family & I have called home for 21 years! Great people that love God & their neighbor well through many different ministries. Very supportive of the Austin community in general, our church serves those in need & is truly a light in a dark world! Jesus is first in everything here & the Bible is our guide. Truth & love joined with grace & forgiveness. Come worship with us & experience God's love through His people! You will be forever grateful you did.

Austin Oaks Church is a place where you can go to pray, to worship, To fellowship, to learn, to grow and to heal. I found love and healing there during the very darkest time of my life. I have grown so much through the Bible teaching and worship each Sunday. I have made friends who are like family to me in my small group. It is a place of truth and authenticity. It is also place of joy and hope.

Extremely welcoming group of strong, smart, and compassionate people. I started here 2 years ago and immediately made real friendships through their small group meetings. The church has a beautiful campus and many smart people both young and old whom I look up to for spiritual and life guidance. They really believe AND practice what they preach - inspiring to see in today's America!

I have been attending this church for more than 15 years. They are always welcoming and caring. The sermons are always on point, and the welcome team never misses a chance to show God’s love. I highly recommend attending this church. Also there is no dress code and I have even seen the senior pastor wearing flip flops on occasion.

Been going to Austin Oaks for 18yrs (my whole life) and I have loved growing up here. The staff is very welcoming! Pastor Brandon is one of the most amazing leaders I've had the pleasure of listening to. He is very real and inspiring. The campus for Austin Oaks is very beautiful and well kept!

As a college student floating from church to church, the first time I attended service at Austin Oaks I was blown away by the friendliness of everyone — I had no one to sit with and was invited to join a family! They also got me plugged into the young adult group that day. I have found that AOC has a really good balance on most things; there are people of all ages and walks of life and the worship is a combination of older and newer songs. There’s no college ministry but the young adults are awesome!

We love the sermons, always relavent, Bible based and supported by scripture. My husband and I are thankful that the church welcomes the opportunity to study precepts, graciously taught by Katie Phillips. There are also many Sunday School classes that are filled with welcoming and kind folks, wish we could attend more than one. God bless Austin Oaks Church and all who enter her doors.

This church is a true multi-generational body of Believers! The teaching is solid and Biblical, but what really drew me in to AOC was the community that welcomed me. There’s a good amount of young adults and the church hosts “small groups” throughout the week for people to get more connected to each other and study the Word together. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place to make new friends and grow your faith!

Love MY church. From the beginning it was been great and everyone has been so accepting to my wife and I. We came from a church family where we felt needed and not drowned out by a big church, not Austin Oaks. It’s a family here and that’s what I love about it. This is how church is intended to be. A place of hope in Jesus and those who will always have your back.

I have been attending for over 25 years. The fellowship is awesome. Our Church welcomes EVERYONE. Lost, seeking or found...you are welcome. We are about Jesus. You may come alone but you will leave with a new family!

This review is mainly for Nueva Vida (the Hispanic congregation that is part of Austin Oaks). I’ve been to several churches throughout the years but finally found my home here. The people are soo friendly and kind. I’ve never felt judged by anyone. I’m heavily tattooed and a single mom of 2 kids who had a crazy past and unfortunately I have had bad experiences at church before. This community has embraced me and my daughters with open arms. I have made great hopefully lifelong friendships with some of the ladies here. Pastor Omar is kind and humble and his sermons are applicable to daily life. Thank you Nueva Vida and Austin Oaks for providing us a place to worship, love and grow in Jesus.

This church has two Pokemon GO gyms and three Pokestops. I don't go here for church services but I do live nearby and frequent the parking lot to spin Pokestops, catch Pokemon, fight in raids, and claim gyms with my wife (go team Instinct!). The people here are always nice, and they seem to understand that I am not here to worship and welcome my presence in God's house.

This has been my church home since I was three! Absolutely love Austin Oaks and all of the people who serve there. I always look forward to going to church each week and feel incredibly blessed to have such an amazing church family :)

My mother started bringing me to this church (prior name was FEFC) when I was 18 months old. Fast forward 28 years later, still here. This place has become a home to me. The care, love, support I’ve received from our leaders and also my community group, is truly Jesus inspired.

We've attended Austin Oaks for years and love it! I started going to the MOPS group over 4 years ago, then attended the Women's Bible Study and learned SO MUCH! Kat is an amazing teacher and shares God's word in a way that is easy to understand. Il work most weekends so, we're not there every Sunday but, when we go, the 11:00 Contemporary service is our favorite. We've attended the 9:00 more Traditional service too. Our daughter is in Choir and Bible Study and looks forward to it every week which makes this Mama's heart happy! ❤ There is a loving, welcoming family at Austin Oaks

I have been going to Austin Oaks for 17 years (a few times away during college) and what a privilege to watch the Lord work through this church fam! Something that struck me and has always stuck with me is that Austin Oaks deeply cares for people as individuals. When my family first came to Austin Oaks as a young family with 10 kids, they didn’t lump us together as that big fam, but asked each of our names and wanted to know each of us. The biggest and best thing about Austin Oaks is that the mission statement is true, this place strives to be simply about Jesus. Come as you are, but this is a place to find community to help you grow in your walk with the Lord.

My wife and I became members at Austin Oaks Church after a year of amazing small groups and the pre-marital program. I originally moved to Austin into the apts. across the street and didn't come from a particularly religious family. Austin Oaks Church sets themselves apart by doing something that seems so rare today: They are SIMPLY about JESUS. no politics. no bigotry. no exclusion or cliques. Being a part of the The Evangelical Free Church of America, AOC has a Swedish background, which still comes through culturally in so many areas. The campus is simply amazing. Beautiful Oaks and green spaces!
