Very friendly, Desire to reach and teach others for Christ. Very upbeat and fresh, while blending in the past traditions also. Focused on spreading the Gospel. Loved it!!! We received a visit from Pastor Greg that was open and casual, heartwarming conversation...his down to earth personality and desire to answer any questions we might have made us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone else has done the same too. Great fellowship.

Very friendly, loving people great Sunday School and Biblical down to earth truthful preaching. Bro Greg is a fantastic pastor and very caring. Bro Kevin is a wonderful musician and keeps our hearts singing. So much to participate in for all ages. A church that really loves people with Jesus at the center of all they do. Great staff at every level! Come and grow with us as we serve the Lord.

I had been a member at this church some years back. My husband and I felt the Lord lead us to attend a church in Jackson because that is where we live and we had a child that was going to school in Jackson. We wanted him to have church friends in the community we lived in. A close friend ask that I come and share my testimony and the amazing promises that God is delivering on everyday in the midst of what had been a long, dark, lonely journey. I was humbled and blessed by this opportunity. Returning to this church felt like returning home but even better! The leadership of this church and it's faithful members rose to the occasion by making the decision to change the name from First Baptist Church. I found so much more than a name change, but a genuine culture change that makes this church relatable and able to reach those that might otherwise feel uncomfortable or excluded. We live in a world that is lost and dying. It took great courage, faith and ultimately humility to understand the necessity of the name change and in turn the culture change. I look forward, with great anticipation, watching what this church will do in sharing Christ's love and furthering his kingdom.

My daughter and all her friends make sure to attend every event by Sugarcreek-we attended church there also and great service- pastor is super and choir also. I recommend Sugarcreek from every aspect. God is moving in this church.
