This church is awesome. The pastor preaches the WORD of God in truth one book at a time, chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Very friendly and show concern for people. Holy Spirit is present in this church. So you might feel some correction from the Holy Spirit.

First time I went there and heard a sermon I just felt the Holy Spirit and the place just felt like home. The ppl are very friendly and will help you find where you need to go. I thank the Lord for leading us here.

This church is so full of love for Christ, each other, and the community. The Pastor speaks truth, and there are groups and programs for everyone. We love SSBC!

This congregation has made us feel so welcomed, having just moved to Cookeville from out of state, The Stevens Street community has been a blessing to our family. The Word is preached, sung, and lived out here.

We visited this church while in town to visit family. The kids love the slide in the lobby, but I enjoyed the worship and preaching.
