I went to this church for a concert, not for Sunday services. Beautiful accoustic space that's much more intimate than many 'big' church santuaries would be. Come early if they're having a concert, it fills up fast.

I've been a part of this church from the beginning (and followed the pastor, David, since he was at Hope Park 20 yrs ago). He is as sincere as they come folks. It is apparent that he loves God with all that he is. And he's not afraid of the tough questions either. I would say Spero Dei is for the open-minded, the ever-evolving minds and hearts. Oh - and the music is absolutely AMAZING. A tribute to this Music City indeed.

Visited from out of town for an event but got to hear minister David Perez speak as well. It made me wish I lived in Nashville because I would love to have such an inclusive, affirming church that goes out of its way to speak love over fear. Ill definitely be tuning in online. <3

We live in another state, but like to watch the online sermons. It's so refreshing to see the love of The Father, Jesus, & the Holy Spirit being exhibited by the worship team & lead Pastor. The messages are a healing balm, especially to those of us going through deep exploration of our faith. True followers of Christ at Spero Dei! ❤️

Just visited one time while we were visiting our son in Nashville, but I loved the church! Very welcoming, inclusive, and Christ-focused. Great teaching from the lead minister and wonderful worship music beginning and end. I highly recommend you stop in sometime!

A church that practices the teachings of Christ and keeps to our traditions while reimagining the rigid theologies that have caused harm. It welcomes all questions and affirms and celebrates all lived experiences

This church allows us to breathe a long sigh of relief...that is so needed in the church today. Here it is OK to have questions on our faith journey and to embrace each others' stories with compassion and without judgment.

This is a wonderful place where everyone is loved and excepted as they are! The music, people, and pastor are incredible!
