Amazing church! I feel welcomed the moment I walk through the doors until I take my seat. The nursery always makes my daughter feel comfortable, and she loves attending when she does. I’ve made many friends since joining Southeast Christian Church a year ago, and there are so many ways to get involved. I’m happy to be a part of it!

Welcoming, kind, and authentic people right when you walk in the door. I love the worship, messages, and the kids spaces for my kids. I like knowing their learning and growing their faith while I can do so at the same time. A great place to learn about Jesus and the Gospel, where Biblical teaching is sound, and not shied away from. A church that goes after people who need love, hope, and compassion.

The people at this church are kind and welcoming. They help us learn more about Jesus in a way that is easy to understand and applicable to real life. The activities are fun and engaging, and the music is uplifting and meaningful.

It would be my suggestion to not attend any SCC. Have a blessed day.

I absolutely love coming here to this church. This is actually the church I went to ever since I was 3 months old. I've got an amazing church family! This is a church I refuse to leave. Would highly recommend coming and checking out our church family!

We’re visiting from out of town… What a wonderful experience. The Pastor shared a refreshing and incredible message about the Spirt in us and Families. His message will carry with me forever. A message we all need to hear & understand during these difficult times.

Great people! Seriously everyone we interacted with were so friendly and warm, and you could tell all the volunteers knew what they were doing and were trained well. The music was quality. Teaching was funny and informative. Our daughters LOVED the kids program. Highly recommend for anyone in Franklin!

Walking up to the entrance you could actually feel the love coming from inside. Being a gay couple was no problem. We were welcomed and made to feel at home and invited back. Everyone is welcome here and there is no religious pressure like some churches. Great place to worship the Lord.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this preschool. I had high expectations, considering I had multiple friends who recommended Shining Light. My daughter attended 3 classes before we dropped out. I was disrespected by the teacher each time at drop off or pick up- all caused by the mere fact I don't allow my child to eat goldfish at snack. I provided a healthy snack alternative for her in the front pocket of her schoolbag each class, and the teacher accused me of lying when she failed to find the snack- that indeed was there. I emailed the supervisor to let her know how disappointing our experience was, calmly and respectfully, and she replied with a simple acknowledgement and well wish, but failed to apologize on the problematic teacher's behalf and didn't address the situation at all. This was our first "school" experience and hard enough without having disrespecting immature teachers creating conflict. The teacher went as far as to roll her eyes when pulling out a carrot I packed my daughter and asked her " Is this really all your mother packed you?" She snapped at my daughter to stop reading and eat her lunch on another occasion. Beyond this drama, my daughter complained about the high energy (chaotic) atmosphere of children playing all day with very little education at all. If a 4 year old complains about a school not being challenging enough, there's not enough being taught at all. Highly recommend looking for a different preschool! :)
