  This beautiful church is very welcoming and pleasant. The pastor is caring and warm. I have attended weddings, funerals and Sunday services here when I am in town. It is always good for my spirit to visit. The choir and organist are marvelous.

  Wonderful place in the heart of Memphis with a heart for the gospel. Even though it is a big church, the many adult Sunday school classes are each like small church communities.

  During the 11 am service on Sunday, June 23, 2010, pastoral resident Artez Henderson offered a prayer. During the prayer, he made certain to pray for Brandon Webber and the people of Frayser, Tn. He neglected to pray for the man in Hernando, Ms who Webber was being served a warrant for shooting five times while stealing his car. I believe this victim is deserving of prayers just as much as Webber and the residents of Frayser. The residents of Hernando, Ms could also benefit from your prayers. That kind of bias is unacceptable in a man of the cloth.
