We’ve been attending Pleasant View Baptist Church for about a year now, and I love this church! God is present and moving in this place. Worship is always a blessing, and Pastor Hunter consistently preaches directly from the Bible every week. He is motivating, inspiring, and honest. This beautiful church has a diverse group of genuinely loving Christian men & women! They have classes for all ages, a beautiful park for all of the students & children, bold & passion-filled preaching, grounded Biblical teaching, & a fantastic recovery ministry that’s plugged into a local (yet national-reaching) full-time men & women’s recovery ministry. They truly have hearts to serve those around them, they’ve been SO welcoming to my family, & I feel honored to worship with this church family!

This is my favorite church that I have ever been to! This church loves God, and loves people. We have a wonderful Pastor, Hunter Stanfield, who always preaches an awesome message from God’s Holy Word!

I’m so thankful for this church! When I first attended, I didn’t know what to expect. The minute I walked in the door, I felt at home. Everyone was kind, loving, and just one big family. That’s been 13 years ago, but that’s not changed! We’ve grown quite a bit, but the Spirit is still present and strong! I also came to know the saving power of Christ after almost two years of attending, which resulted in a relationship with Him. That has far surpassed just knowing all about Him and all the Bible stories I’d known from childhood. If you’re reading this and thinking about visiting, I encourage you to come! We would love for you to join us and give us a chance to show you the love of Jesus!
