I filled out a brief form on their website on the "Plan Your Visit page ahead of time and was contacted by text by Pastor Jimmy. He let me know that, because of the Grand Prix, Sunday School was cancelled and the worship service would be moved from 10:30 to 9 AM. Good to know. He also answered questions. On Sunday morning, we were immediately greeted by congregants and two more pastors. Was impressed by how friendly and welcoming folks were. My son attended the program for elementary kids that meets during morning worship. He really liked the youth staff. Solid safety protocols for youth. The music was well rehearsed. The chorus sang a psalm. The worship band included three trumpets. Powerful sermon on sanctification, which was the last in a series. Will listen to the others online.

I was put out of this church after praising and worshipping for the first time 😢 I'm so disappointed 😞 this is wrong against God. On judgements day God will make them pay.for.what they did to me. I would not recommend anyone going to this church. EVER …

Visited 11/19/23. Traditional church with dated worship music. This could be the result of the congregation makeup of older adults seen in the service. Signage for where visitors are to park and enter was not seen. I was given a bulletin upon entering from outside but no conversation or greeting. As our family entered the sanctuary, the greeter/usher stopped us to say “Who are you?” This seemed rather impolite and uncharacteristic to be asked in this manner. There were a lot of outreach ministries to other cultures according to bulletin and referenced by pastor in his sermon. Pastor preached a biblical message with great content. The choir special was the best part of the service. The greeters would benefit from training on how to greet and welcome visitors and the assimilation of them along with better signage outside.

Sweet people / wonderful pastor with very interesting and deep Bible teaching ! Something you don’t find often ! Love the traditional music … the hymns are beautiful and we don’t get to hear the hymns being played any more at most churches ! Friendly ushers and bright and sunny narthex

Thanks for a beautiful well planned service that took away the sting of cold rain on a long anticipated Easter. Who cares that it appeared the enemy had a heyday on. God's presence was real, the lovely music calmed any fears and confirmed the writing of Luther. Pastor, you proclaimed the joy and peace of the day. What a great day of worship. Thanks Pastor and staff.

We walked in the door and were immediately greeted and a welcoming fashion by several people as we made our way to the sanctuary. The worship service was a nice mix of contemporary and classic sacred music. The foyer is massive which means it holds a lot of people without feeling crowded. The pastor gave a message that had substance and conviction. This is an easy location to get to being right off I-24 and Ellington Parkway.

I live across the street from this church in a poor community....the pastor usually tell me to go other places for assistance...I don't have transportation to travel...I called the pastor and told her I was laid off work and couldn't feed my children..her response go find your old church home and call them...we need more people in high places to help our community not tear us down

Some of the kindest people you will find from all over middle Tennessee! It’s a beautiful church, helpful staff, ministries that engage the community, wonderful kid’s classes, and straight-forward Biblical preaching. If you are new make sure you check-in online before your visit!
