As I journey into my seventh year of membership, I am grateful for the amazing leadership we have, the willingness from them to allow young people shape the future of the church's culture and experience, and the steadfast and immovable nature of the Word-centered ministry that centers Jesus and embraces community while promoting holistic health and well-being.

As a regular church going, I really enjoy visiting other churches when we travel. Mount Zion Is a really nice church. They have different locations. We were at the OHB location. The people were so friendly, the praise and worship was anointed, and the sermon had me on my feet. It was a blessing.

I must say, Amazing! I know God was in that place. I was a first time visitor with my family reunion, It was the Pastors Birthday. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. I was so very proud of this Pastor and church for all they are doing in their community. Restoring the African American legacy was impressive. “Buying the block” is incredible. Being from Atlanta I truly understand the urgency in which compels us to let our people know their worth. I am an educator at a K-12 HBCU All black private school. T.H.R.I.V.E. Christian Academy. We also are teaching our kids these principles now, so they will have more to grow from our learning. Keep up the good work. May God give this place all they deserve. They are doing the work!

Had the opportunity of visiting with Mt Zion OHB location. I haven't went since I was a kid and my wife has never been. We had the opportunity to meet with the production team to witness how they do ministry. Easily top tier! Not to mention the hospitality aspect from all of the volunteers serving. From the parking lot to the ushers; they made sure we felt welcomed. We were even graced with the opportunity of meeting Bishop and Dr. Walker after the service. As a ministry leader who serves proudly at my church, we will definitely return on our next Sunday off! If you're in the Nashville area I highkey recommend visiting with THE Mt Zion! Thank you again to the Director, Stage Manager, Audio Engineer and all of the Staff for making us feel welcomed.

I attended service on 12.3.2023 and encountered a rude deacon and his wife who wanted me to move so they could take my seat. I have to frequent the restroom often so it’s easier for me to have an end row seat. Keep in mind I’ve been in my pew seat since 10:30 AM; they did not encounter me until around 11:30 AM. I know this because we had been singing for quite some time. With an attitude, they sat on the other side of me toward the middle of the pew but the energy was so negative that I told the deacon I would move so he could sit on the end. He then hastily says he and his wife are going to sit somewhere else. The stare he gave me and the energy he has his wife gave off made me so uncomfortable that I had to hold back tears. I was so hurt and tried my best to fully enjoy the service but it was hard. I’m rating Mt. Zion 2 stars because this is NOT the first time I’ve had a bad encounter with a deacon/elder at this church. The fish rots from the head and it makes me wonder if their attitudes are a reflection of Bishop. I hope not though. But other than the snooty “higher ups” at this church, I enjoy the sermons each Sunday and am blessed by the choir.

We went on first Sunday and the message was great. The pastor acknowledged that although he loves modern technology (TV production) he's still an old school believer. I was skeptical walking in (stereotypical mega church) but I left feeling refreshed and renewed. Warning: Parking is the downside. It takes forever getting out of the lot.

I've attended Mt.Zion in person & virtually & it's a truly motivational ministry. We are all sinners but Mt.Zion shows that God's grace is free. I've virtually watched Mt.Zion on Sunday service, Wednesday Bible study, Tuesday prayer & attended some of the sister's circle Zooms & marriage circles! I definitely love how they feed the college students! That meal got me through 1x at TSU! But most of all, the sermons give hope in the valley of the shadow & can get you through the pains & oppression of this world! Definitely recommend!

The soul stirring music, the message entitled “You coming out better than you came in” by Bishop Walker was uplifting and relevant to my life now. My heart was full. Great experience for our family!
