  Nothing personal with the church but don’t like the fact if their hosting basketball games for the children in the gym, don’t think it should be 8 or 10$ for elementary kids games and you have concessions and have people paying over 50$ dollars in 2 days especially if you’re paying for your other kids to get in and be charged 8 or 10$ also is ridiculous! The kids literally play 2 quarters and that’s it. It’s hard to find kids things to do as it is especially the way the economy is. I can understand 5$ and you run concessions.

  A pleasure to be in the House of the Lord. Great worship experience. The prayers of the righteous do avail much and this morning's meeting was about connecting, praying and evangelism - the direction that the elders of this church have set forth for the congregation. Eagerly anticipating seeing God work through this institution to achieve the aforementioned goals. Come visit! All are welcome.

  Mary Moore was WRONG, WRONG, WRONG for telling the church after eulogizing my grandmother, that one of her sons was incarcerated! She showed a TOTAL LACK of discernment and decorum by reading a note passed to her regarding my dad. She single handedly EMBARRASSED all of his children that were present to listen to her very basic and scripted eulogy. She even stood in the pulpit and stated that she didn't even know my grandmother, so why did you embarrass her???? ...Mississippi Blvd. DO BETTER!!

  This is one of the best churches you will find in Memphis. They have such a wonderful and aware leadership. They have kept up with the times while maintaining a sense of tradition throughout the years. On any given Sunday you may expect to look forward to a thrilling 120 voice sanctuary choir singing spirituals, anthems, or gospel music. You may even be lucky enough to go on a Sunday when their youth choir is singing. Week after week, there are inspiring messages to help you through life. Love the place. -blasianFMA

  Pastor Turner speaks the word which can be verified through the text. Always a unique message.. Awesome in the ministry...the music ministry and the band Juicy Fruit will leave you wanting to come back and be a witness to more. A truly talented group of people here.

  Hi I would like to say Thank you so much for my Thanksgiving plates. I came at the very last minute when everything was over . The outside tables were being folded the two last line dancers where dancing on The last song. My food was so good & very fulfulling . I could tell it was prepared in love. I live in Bartlett . I had no foodat home. The first plate got me good & full so full Istil have not ate my second plate of food 😊🤗. Imso grateful I was scared to come but I was hungry . I will never forget this day in my life & that at my hardest time you feed me. God bless all of you a prayer fromMy heart 😍

  I've been a member of Mississippi Blvd. since August 2010. This is a family church where you can feel at home. We have a loving Pastor, J. Lawrence Turner and his wife, Lady Turner. If you need a Church home, I would recommend MBCC. ❤❤❤
