Ma sha Allah, I visited for the first time just a few weeks ago. Came at 7:30 AM and it was open. I’m exploring the area to potentially move here and was impressed by the structure of MIC as a family life center. This is a true example of how all mosques should be - a place to hang out in addition to pray. Felt like a Muslim Club. Also met Mr. Rosli who has nice enough to provide recommendations for living. There’s a cute coffee shop inside with a clever name, Shukar N Coffee - loved that. Keep up the good work! 🌺

This one of the biggest centers for Muslim congregations/prayers. The place is very well maintained and the interior, the aesthetics simply amazing. Recommend to visit with your family and friends if ever get around Memphis, Tennessee.

The Memphis Islamic Center is a beautifully designed and well-maintained facility that truly serves as more than just a mosque—it’s a full-family life center. I’ve been impressed by the spacious campus (over 55 acres!), excellent parking, and serene pond and playground areas that welcome everyone. What really stands out are the community events: I’ve attended a Ramadan Market, interfaith dinner, and New Muslims Iftar—all were incredibly welcoming and well-organized. Each event highlighted the center’s mission to foster connection, learning, and unity . In short: MIC is a clean, safe, and spiritually uplifting space with a vibrant calendar of events and top-notch programming. Whether you’re looking to pray, learn, connect, or bring your whole family, you’ll find thoughtful hospitality and a strong sense of community here.

Mashallah, beautiful mosque 🕌 good recitation of the Emams in the Salah Mashallah. One of the best things about it is that it combines many different sections to gather people together. May Allah bless everyone who contributed to build this Islamic Center and all the people working in it.

Memphis Islamic Center is the only Mosque / Masjid I have felt (in my past one year being in USA) I belong there... There's a special vibe whenever you go and pray there you forget everything... The community is so welcoming that makes you feel like home. ❤️

My experience at MIC was deeply meaningful and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—brothers gave me a tour after Isha prayer and even offered tea and biscotti, a thoughtful touch that reflected their genuine hospitality. The center itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized. The facilities—including the mosque, classrooms, and social areas—feel modern and purpose-built for a Muslim family life center. Programs cater to all ages and backgrounds. MIC offers a broad range of support—religious education, youth and marriage services, counseling, burial assistance, and financial aid. The leadership is involved and accessible, with clear channels for outreach and volunteering. Staff and volunteers make the environment feel warm and inclusive—many have compared it to a family atmosphere or feeling like home. Culture and teamwork are clearly strong here. If you’re seeking a mosque that goes beyond just prayer to offer spiritual, social, and educational engagement, MIC is outstanding. Whether you’re a visitor, a new Muslim, or looking to get involved, this community center is worth your ti

Good Masjid but the outdoor lights turn off an hour before they actually close so the community sports and activities that are done outside are always closed down a big bummer and when asked to turn the lights back on there’s a circle of events that lead to nothing happening which kills the purpose of and Islamic Center would be better if they didn’t provide them

A good place to pray, but not welcoming if you don't know anyone. Cold to non-Muslims and no greetings to visitors. An easy fix is to have greeters welcome all people who visit. If Islam is inclusive, demonstrate it.
