  Moved to Hendersonville 2 years ago and was looking for a church family after coming from my own “church hurt” and knowing no one from this area. A work friend in town invited me to long hollow and I never stopped coming since! Amazing CR family and truly God loving church staff that wants to help people grow with Jesus and Gods people. I found a place where people live out care and comforting others in the trials of life!

  I have never attended here in person, I have been watching online for little over a month now. I just came to say Pastor Robby has completely changed my life, God put him in my life while I was in a jail cell. I just came to say thank you, Long hollow for putting me on my path to Jesus.   I was there strictly for a high school graduation. It is spacious with decent seats and good acoustics. I can't give any recommendations concerning your spiritual walk. I DID speak with someone with a limited amount of information. I was told they had several county music stars who attended this church. That fact, if true, would probably keep me away. I would want to be there to hear the Gospel .. not to be impressed by any stardom. They would only serve as a distraction.

  I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the many kind and compassionate people who came to my aid and lifted me up in prayer this past Sunday during the Easter service. I experienced a sudden spell that caused me to lose consciousness, and I am deeply thankful for the church nurse, Abigail, and the many others who responded so quickly and selflessly to help me. I am also sincerely grateful to the paramedics who arrived so promptly and provided care. My daughter was with me and understandably frightened, but she was surrounded by caring individuals who comforted her and prayed with her throughout the ordeal. In a moment like that, I truly couldn’t have been in a better place. To be surrounded by such love, compassion, and faith at Long Hollow was an incredible blessing. Thank you all again, and may God continue to richly bless this wonderful church.

  We have been attending for almost two years and enjoy that Robby preaches from the Bible. There are plenty of ways to be involved that help make a big church feel small. Lots of small groups and ways to serve. For people that don’t like loud, modern worship music, they offer more traditional style worship in the chapel on campus and then the same message is streamed into that room. I’m taking a School of Ministry class this semester on The Art of Biblical Communication. We’re only a few weeks in and it’s been packed full of great insight. My daughter has enjoyed getting plugged into everything they have to offer students and has recently started serving with the Production team learning A/V stuff. 10/10 do recommend.

  This use to be a church that I loved. Then with mainly the young adult community rumors and false claims were made on my name, and my medical history was exploited. I had to leave because of a clip that was going around of one of these things. Because of the nature of these claims. The question is also asked, “Why did they keep letting me come back knowing that there was something wrong with me?” Did they love having someone to laugh at? Some of them also shared this with employers of the jobs I was applying for. Which was when I realized that it was not going to blow over. If there is any form of retaliation, my family is ready. We have names and quotes. There are good people there, but the fact that the response (even by staff members) was to shame me instead of showing concern for something that I cannot control. I have also gained health problems because of what was before these events. The hardest thing I had to learn was to pray for my enemies. I wish them the best.

  This is an amazing church. Good people. Clear mission and vision. And a desire that all know the goodness of God through Jesus. If you’re in Hendersonville or anywhere near Nashville check them out.

  I have never been so cannot say what the sermons are like. I know back when my wife and I lost our apartment do to a fire that was not out fault and I called and inquired about a little help they refused. I also just called just now about 4 years later and the woman cut me off and transfered me to a line were no one picked up so, yeah that my choice of a church. I'd imagine if I was offering a donation over the phone the conversation would have went entirely different. JS

  Love the energy and devotion of this church. Pastor Robbie is best pastor Ive ever heard. They are very involved with community, discipleship and prison ministry. They also have a lot of small groups you can join.There's a reason this church is on fire and growing exponentially! They just increased adding a fourth service because so many people are going to this church. Even though they have satellite churches and people that connect all over the country, they almost need to build another sanctuary in the same area! That's my only critique, is it's a little hard to be a part of something so big. But they do a very good job. They have added more parking space, and they have people there to help the parking go smoothly between the services. I love attending Long Hollow!

  I've actually never been into the building itself I go to Hendersonville First Baptist but the reason why I'm giving it a five stars is because I know that this church is awesome and also their basketball court and all the activities that they do have? It is outstanding it is wonderful it is amazing a highly recommend coming here not only to be saved by the Lord Jesus Christ but if you do want to do some activities or you want to do some bike riding or you want to take your dog or something on a walk or go for a run question mark or Etc that's anything athletic then I highly recommend coming here
