We attended the Strawberry Festival yesterday. My daughter wanted to take her son (3) and my son (6) to the kids activity sponsored by this church. Admission was $5. I gave my daughter 2 $5 bills. The church required that you scan a qr code to enter. My daughter did hers, no problem. A lady told her to go ahead with the kids. I finished up. As I proceeded to walk into the play area, a woman stopped me and told me I had to pay. I explained that my daughter paid for both kids. Another woman chimed in. She stated that my daughter didn't pay and that I had to pay. I looked at the 1st lady and said, "My daughter paid. She's right there." (She was roughly 20 feet in front of the table, waiting at the bouncy house). Both women continued to accuse my daughter of not paying. Making a scene! I left the table and got my daughter. I brought her over and said these women are accusing you of not paying. My daughter said, "I gave them $10.00". I said, "They said you didn't pay". The 1st lady said, "She paid". I looked at her and said, "You said she didn't pay. Why did you accuse us of not paying?". The 2nd woman said, "We had to verify". I walked away in disbelief! This is a church sponsored event for kids. These people represent the church and they are accusing my daughter and I of being liars and thieves. Not very Christian. I have taken my son to VBS at this church in the past. Never again. Not after yesterday. The least they could have done is apologized. Not one apology! To top it off, they refused to give me a wrist band. Everyone else got a wrist band (to be used for re-entry later in the day). Nope. Not me. Had I just shut up and paid the extra money I probably would have got a wrist band.

I love it here. Caring people. Our pastors are the best. Helping me thru some very hard times. Our pastor, Ricky Morris and his wife have been there and unselflessly encouraged and have and will continuously do so. Thank them everyday. So many folks to mention. I thank them all. Ron Bolter. Encourage every to come and worship with us every Sunday at 9 AM or 11 am. And if you are not able to attend find and listen on line.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH and if your reading this and you don't go to this church then you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO COME and if not then your FOR SURE missing out on a FUN church
