Great place for a retreat. The dorms are clean and nice. Bathrooms are clean and the water is so nice and hot. There is a playground for the kids, disc golf and softball field. Dining hall is large and the food is good. The gym/stage area is nice as well. The lake is pretty. I would definitely look forward to coming back here.

The check in was simple. Our women's retreat group was the only group staying at Lake Benson ,Christian Camp the first weekend of December. The rooms were clean and the common area was very accommodating for our large group to break up into smaller study groups and have plenty of room for activities and games. The food service was very good and provided plenty of menu choices and the quality was excellent. The staff was available when we had questions or concerns regarding our rooms. We will look forward to our next retreat at Lake Benson Christian Camp.

The facilities are great! The beds are comfy when you throw a nice mattress topper on them and the views at sunset are fantastic.

I recently went to a quilt retreat here. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. We have a large room to sew together. They fed us Breakfast and dinner. The food was really good. If you don't mind bringing your linens it is the best retreat area ever.

Nice facility. Youth really enjoy coming here for camp. The lake is set amongst rolling hills. Softball field. Chapel and large gym/ worship center. Nice concession stand. Great meeting room for gathering and dining.

Not fun living near this place. They set off fireworks and play loud music well after dark on random week nights. Having young kids and dogs it makes for a long night. They also don’t return calls or messages when I tried to reach out to them.

Lake Benson is a beautiful retreat campground with a quaint lake, great lodging facilities, canteen, kitchen and dining hall and worship area. Couple that with frisbee golf, baseball field and plenty of open green space and you have an awesome getaway for a youth group, business retreat, marriage retreat, etc.
