Went to pick up trees for tree day planting and all went well, except the directions for pickup were not clear. However, it only took a few minutes upon arrival to get to the proper place to pick up my trees. All staffing was great in the process of getting me to the right place and picking up my trees.

This was my family's first visit to this church. We were here for an Easter celebration. The volunteers were helpful and decent to us. There were at least ten different activites for the kids to enjoy. Main attraction was the egg hunt which consisted of a beautiful trail through the woods, plastic eggs that were given instead of hunted for and lots of festive decorations.

There’s no doubt—this is the greatest church in America. It embodies what true Christianity is meant to be. If Jesus were here today, this is the church He’d be standing in.

I’m a non-Christian woman living in Oklahoma and just came across a video about heartsong and the Islamic center. I don’t often see the true values of Jesus being lived anymore, and it’s part of the reason I left the religion, but the video I saw on your church reminded me that his spirit still indeed lives through some. You all truly read the words “love thy neighbor” and took action in the name of the lord, instead of letting hate and fear drive the decisions. Amazing church, with the true love of Jesus living in it. would love to stop in if I’m ever in the state.

Love this church!! When I first moved here I went to several different churches (there are a lot) to find one I could be comfortable in and had a very hard time. I decided to drop in at a Thanksgiving celebration dinner at Heartsong and sat at a random table without knowing anyone. I am very shy so this was a big step for me but I have to tell you that people actually started talking with me, asking about me, telling me about themselves and the Church. This is a church that welcomes everyone, it’s a no judgement zone that focuses on following Jesus not Religion. You can come in jeans & tee shirts, shorts & flip flops with a cup of coffee, or dress up if you want. There are lots of fun events for kids, big Halloween and Easter events for the community, many small groups to join for Bible study, zoom & yoga classes. But best of all a fabulous pastor and really wonderful loving people who are there for you when needed. If you’re looking for a Church come see Heartsong, you won’t be sorry. After 17 years I’m sure glad I came across them.

I've been going to heart song for 20 years. It's the best Church in town. There is no doubt that the holy spirit is at every service and resides in that church every second of every day. Come by on a Sunday at 10:00 and find out what I mean

We've gone twice and plan on continuing. I do wish the music had more worship. I believe the intimacy with Christ brings everything else together and makes us less self consumed. But the Pastor gives beautiful messeges that keep your attention completely. He seems genuine and caring. ❤loved Heartsong!

Heartsong is a group of diverse individuals who are all striving to follow Jesus. (Or GOD, if you have issues with the Incarnation.) This means that we are active in our community. We volunteer to read in schools. We have a food pantry. We have free large events for the public twice a year, Easter Hollow and Halloween Hollow. Sunday celebrations are opened with music played by an awesome band. There are small groups that meet on most days of the week. (Think about Jesus and His Posse.) We financially support various projects and people thru the years.) Chris is an incredibly wonderful preacher. He has been known to quit preaching and start meddling. (This is a very good thing.) If your are looking to grow spiritually, vertically and horizontally, this is a terrific place to do it.

This church is one that is much more interested in following Jesus that extoling the Wesley's. There is a strong effort at helping the surrounding community. There are two major outreaches a year. One is Halloween Hollow. The other one is just around the corner, Easter Hollow. They go into the school nearby elementary school and read to the children. There is a mentoring program, also. A food pantry is open twice a month. They love their Muslim neighbors across the street. They do meet Sundays with a phenomenal band to worship GOD, but their best worship of GOD is seen in their love for others. If you are one of the Frozen Few, don't bother showing up unless you're willing to risk thawing out.

This Church Family, lead by their Pastor, Steve Stone, are a light to the nations. They have taken on the ministry of Jesus with no holds barred. They have welcomed their Muslim neighbors, offering them a hand by opening their doors to them on the Lord's word. In a time when the people of this world are increasingly cautious in mingling with the stranger, these beautiful people have offered what they have. This congregation is an example for all people to behold. Hartsong Church, of Memphis, I honor you and I Pray for you. May your light shine ever brighter, in Jesus name, Amen. This is the most welcoming congregation I've ever met! They love to serve others, and don't worry about the little details that often get in the way of great Christian dialogue. Everyone can find a place to fit in here.

Down to earth, grass roots church with a big lesson for everyone. I walked in expecting it to be a little like almost every other "Come as you are church" and was so shocked and impressed, I kept going back. This is what gathering in His name to better ourselves, our community, and our lives is all about. I cannot begin to tell you how much I have learned and learned to love since starting Heartsong, and I truly hope others will try it if they are lost like I was.

I'm not a christian at all, or of any abrahamic faith, but based on the time I've spent reading the bible, this is what Jesus would have done.

This church is very inclusive and fun I've been going here since I was little and have never felt ashamed of who I am. They teach that Jesus loves you no matter who you are.

Real people, down to earth, fantastic music, great pastors with a real relationship with God and know how to lead people to follow God's leading in our own lives. Service oriented. Reaching out to help others and the community.

Heartsong is a place where you can truly come as you are. Non-judgmental church seekers, this is your place. No matter what your past, Heartsong opens its doors and welcomes you to find the song God planted in your heart.

Heartsong is the most inclusive (Methodist) church in Memphis. Everyone is welcomed, everyone is loved. If you are looking for a family in religion you will find it here.

The most spiritual group of people that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Great place to learn how to follow Jesus. Many outreach ministries and programs.

Unless they know you, they just ignore you. They treat outsiders like they shouldn't be there. Daughter was bullied into leaving, she cried most of the way home. The staff didn't care when I called a few days later. These aren't Christians.
