Great Oaks Church of Christ has served the Memphis community since 1993, growing from 5 founding families to over 330 families today. Our journey includes becoming a bilingual church in 2013, offering Spanish services and ministries (history).
As a Church of Christ, we follow New Testament worship practices: acapella singing, public prayers, the Lord's Supper, and tithing. Sunday worship is at 10am & 5pm with Bible classes at 9am (services). We have comprehensive ministries for all ages:
- Children's Ministry: Mother's Day Out preschool and nursery care
- Youth: Grades 4-12 programs including Lads-to-Leaders
- Adults: Bible studies with rotating topics and small groups
- Spanish Ministry: Bilingual services and outreach

We have numerous ministries for people of all ages and life stages to get involved in. It is a very nice inviting congregation of people. I like the drive thru with a covered awning for elderly or wheelchair bound church goers to easily enter the building. I also really felt very edified by the sermon.

This is a great place to worship God, bible classes for all ages, great fellowship. Tim Alsup is an excellent preacher. Great elders leading the church. Many different types of works being lead by the deacons.

This is a group of Christians just trying to follow the Bible together. Bible classes are superb for all ages. If you want a place to get involved and work together to spread the gospel, this is the place.
