For me, Christianity is about worshipping Jesus, sharing Jesus and serving others. (Fourth Ave. brings plenty of all of that). But it's more. God made us to be people who need to belong; people who need community. When a service or anything else ends at Fourth, half the people are still there 20 minutes later -- just talking, hugging, laughing, enjoying one another. Or sharing some deep conversation. Just being in community -- regardless of our backgrounds. And, if you have kids (babies through teens) and you want them plugged in at church and learning about God and faith, Fourth Ave. is amazing for kids.

Amazing spirit filled church in downtown Franklin. Where the love for God and service to others is seen daily through its members. So many opportunities to serve others at 4th. If you visit Franklin for one of its many Main Street events, it’s 4th Ave Church that gladly opens its doors for water, restrooms & prayers!

My first impression, upon entering, was "WOW, It is amazing how big this building is compared to the outside view." Everything is kept in great working condition. Modern decor (not important as its a 'house of worship' - but hey, the review says describe this place.) Everyone I've ever met when visiting were friendly, helpful, and just gave off a good vibe.

I want to address the person that was upset about the role play of “Indians” at Thanksgiving. Please educate yourself about the correct name of indigenous Americans. We are “First Nation Native Americans”not Indians. I applaud someone accepting that we even exist. The 4th Avenue Church Of Christ is awesome.

Review for Little School, not the church (So unimpressed with the school, not interested in attending the church) Having children dress as "Indians" and have "Indian" names for a pow wow in celebration of Thanksgiving is inappropriate and disrespectful
