Became a member many years ago. The congregation embraces you no matter your previous lifestyle. If you want to be impacted and make a difference in the community this is the place for you. The Holy Spirit is here! Come on out!!! So many needs get met. Definitely family oriented. God doesn't see color. He sees and meets needs for salvation, healing, deliverance, fellowship, and filling voids in the lives of individuals, families, and communities. My family and I visited for the first time today. We drove over 45 minutes to see what the hype was about. The service was wonderful! The Pastor stays on the scripture and everyone was so nice! We will definitely be back!

The church is very welcoming from the pastor at times standing out side welcoming people to church to the ushers greeting you with a warm good morning. We have been here 3 years in October and have enjoyed every sermon every blessing. The people are very loving and nice this church truly cares. Which means a lot.

My husband and I attended the last service on Sunday May 19 and it was such a BLESSING! We are not from the state and wanted a place to worship while here. I found First Baptist online and I am so glad God led us there. I only wish we could come back next Sunday! From our first encounter with the members greeting at the door, to the ushers ensuring we had a place to sit, to the warm and inviting spirit of the members, IT WAS A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE. The children lifted God in praise so beautifully and the musicians glorified God equally. Lastly, the pastors sermon fed my soul and truly gave all honor and glory to God. He speaks with such authority while having a warm and humble spirit. IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A CHURCH HOME, LET ME RECOMMEND THIS ONE. YOU WILL BE BLESSED!!!!!!! P.S. I’ve been a member for a few years. The preaching and teaching that goes forth is definitely life changing! The preaching is what keeps me coming back. The choir was pretty good under the previous choir director that moved away, that’s when I enjoyed being in the choir most. I rejoined the choir earlier this year and it was not a good experience for me at all. Adrienne is the choir director now and she does not have a good spirit at all, definitely not fit to be in a leadership role in a church. She is very controlling, very rude, condescending, clique oriented, never admits she’s wrong and definitely doesn’t create an environment that is Christ centered. Because of her bad spirit, I almost left the church but decided not too. I surely wouldn’t recommend to anyone to join the choir. But the praise team is awesome and is under the direction of an anointed worship leader.

Pastor McCarroll is an awesome Pastor and man of God. His services are electrifying and put you in the prescience of God. The congregation is very welcoming. I never feel anything but welcomed. I’m not a Member but frequent the 10:45 service often.
