Not a very welcoming place of worship. Nobody greets you or explains where things are. You feel kind of lost and it feels like a cold place. I can’t recommend it. I guess size takes away the warmth.

Thankful for this church. It's teaching ministry and commitment to keeping the gospel central.

Long term review: I loved the sermons, message was good. It was a feel good feeling. But I kept wanting more. The messages were spot on biblically in my opinion. But one thing that confirmed for me last week- Was the addressing of current issues. I don’t know if it is playing it safe? Trying to reach a wider audience. I honestly am not sure. There was just a brief mention of people feeling heavy from last week. That is an understatement. Maybe I don’t understand, but my conviction is that my family and I want to be in a church community that engages current issues head on. Reaching the people affected by what happened last week. I didn’t feel that. I searched their website, podcast, fb, any comment before making this post, but I didn’t see anything. I thought it was me but I asked others and they shared the same sentiment.

Have to say, I haven’t been to church in 10-15 years, kinda gave up on it, today I visited Fellowship for the first time, wasn’t the greatest experience, took a minute to even get in the parking lot, nowhere to park except all the way around the buildings in the very back up on a hill, couldn’t figure out how to get into the sanctuary, which doors to go in, we just followed people in one of the side entrances. Not one person said a word to us while we visited. Not sure if I will give them another chance yet or not…..

My wife and I just moved to Knoxville with our 5 month old and have been looking to find a church to call home. We went to the 11 o’clock service this morning and loved it. However, when the service ended we tried to get to our car to try and beat the traffic. We then proceeded to sit in traffic in the parking lot for the next 40 minutes without moving. They had one person directing traffic which only made leaving that much harder. It would be great to see a church of that size have more people helping get people out in a timely manner.

I've met some rad people through this church's ministries, and I'm thankful for everyone I've met. I was considering switching churches at one point and this church used to be on my #1. After seeing a couple of messages preached by women pastors and women pastoral residents I can't see myself attending a church that holds women in leadership and pastoral roles. Their site claims that the church believes the Bible as the inherent word of God yet the Bible is clear about specific roles in leadership. I'd be more likely to attend more often if they took this issue seriously. There's no perfect church, however, please consider going elsewhere to find a church that takes what is already written in the Bible seriously. Other than that, check out this place anyway if you're curious. The folks are diverse, welcoming, and all-around kind.

First impressions of this Church... My family decided to come for the Christmas Eve service. It has been awhile since we have been in church and it was my daughter's first time ever in one. It's beautiful church but there was no one there to great use when came in the church. Now there were people hanging out candle's but really no one was there to welcome us to a new church. The worship was outstanding. Beautiful. Now I'm not sure if the pastor who preach at the 5 clock service. He was funny but I would have liked to hear more about Jesus birth. Some of these people might never hear about it before. Also it was a missed opportunity to have ultra call. I don't know. First impressions was just ok. I won't recommend this church because it between you and God weather you want to give the church a try.

Great pastor and very good sermon, easy to follow and kept it interesting and not boring which held my attention. Definitely recommend this church.

I attended college services back in '08-'10 while living in Ktown. Pinkner is hands down one of the best speaker/pastors I have ever sat under. You won't leave without having your feet put to the fire and the world needs to hear the truth of God's word. Keep up the good work!
