An open and eager to meet new folks place. Beautiful church that matches its people. And worship not CCM but worship songs. Think it an odd comment? Keep looking around here you'll learn. What I liked the most was how open and real eeeeeeverone is. Surprised they didn't open the family hall and order pizza just to hang out with me........ I'm in a very lonely position in life. I can't wait to go back.

I live in Texas. I was in Nashville and visited this church three times between 8/24/19 and 9/1/19. What an amazing church!! Warm, friendly, welcoming people and the pastor is definitely a man of God; his preaching is from the Word, and his style is non-judgmental. He lets you know that neither he or anyone else is perfect, we are all on the same journey, and God's love and grace is sufficient for all. I met some of the nicest and most genuinely sincere people ever when visiting this church. I wish I could get them all to move to Austin, I would become a full time member! If you are looking for a church home, you won't regret checking out Donelson View Baptist Church.

This is our place of worship and has been for several years. In our church, we come to worship Jesus and no one cares if you have long hair, long beards and don't care if you wear jeans or overalls. Also, most important, no matter what nationality or skin color you are, we will welcome you into the family of God.

Once I walked in, they welcomed me with open arms. I've been a member there for many years. The pastor preaches God's Word and the members care not only for each other but for the community. The Holy Spirit is definitely in this place!

You guys gave free coffee to me on Thursday mornings last year and it was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Please let me know what kind it was because the glory of God was in that coffee, truly a miracle you people are, thank you.
