We fell in love with Calvary Church of the Nazarene when we walked in the doors 20 years ago and were met with such friendly, welcoming people. We love that you can "come as you are" and feel comfortable and welcome. There is a great sense of community in this multi-generational church body - there is something for everyone here no matter your age, background, or where you are in life. Awesome staff with authentic biblical teaching in every department - my daughter absolutely loved growing up in the Children's department and the Youth department. Now I bring my grandchildren whenever I can!

Felt like family from the day I met the people at this church. There is a place for everyone from the nursery to the small groups. You can tell people love God and are seeking him. They have so many creative ways that they plug into the community. If you want to go deeper in your walk with the Lord and connect with community this is an amazing place to belong.

Been going to Calvary church since I was a preschooler. Now currently a 31 year old, with three kids of my own. Hands down the best church! So glad my kiddos can have the experiences I did at Calvary Church. Nothing but love and friendly smiles and so much more at this church.

About 15 years ago I was looking for a new church and had been to several around town. As soon as I walked in the doors at Calvary Church I knew this is where I was suppose to be and have been there every since. Pastor Lynn is an awesome preacher, along with our music Pastor, Mark who has been known to do some dance moves while singing and directing. All our other Pastors, directors and teachers are also amazing. I would highly recommend Calvary Church to anyone who is looking for a family oriented church that welcomes everyone.

Started coming to Calvary Nazarene in 1982 when my family moved from Penna. Have made lots of friends and been involved in many areas of the church from nursery to womens ministry. Great Bible studies. All 5 of our children were involved up through their teens. Entire family from my husband down to grandchildren also involved in different areas over the years Church family supportive and caring

I recently moved to Western Tennessee and was in search of a church home. I have attended services at a couple of area churches but we just didn’t “click”. Then I went to Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Cordova. I was quite anxious at first just walking in the door of this church completely unknown and not entirely sure what I was going to encounter. I was greeted with warm smiles and open arms and my anxiety completely melted away. I have found my church home. Calvary Church of the Nazarene is very active in the local community, genuinely cares about their members and is willing to help anyone in anyway they can. I Am very impressed. If you were searching for a church home or perhaps looking to make a change, I would sincerely and strongly recommend investigating Calvary Church of the Nazarene on Houston Levy Road in Cordova.

Found Calvary back in 2005. My daughter was invited by a school friend and loved it! The rest of our family gave it a try and fell in love with the Calvary family immediately! There are many ways to get plugged in and serve the community! I have grown in my faith walk over my years at Calvary! I look forward to many more years of serving others along side my Calvary family!

Saved my life and soul… Literally! I’d given up on life, and was on my way to death that day when GOD put Pastor Eddie in my life and he showed me want I could not see…. Love, faith, and that there Are still a few genuine caring people in this country. Happy birthday Jesus.

If you’re looking for a place to belong this is it! Wonderful pastoral staff that teaches the word of our savior Jesus Christ and a welcoming congregation that will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Calvary Church.

It is a wonderful church, with strong faithed people, who will lead you in your, and your children's faith. The youth group is especially important for all of us teenagers, to grow into leaders that put God first.
