Although it's a funeral home, it's where the Phillip Branch (LDS church) meets. I had the privilege to attend a sacrament meeting there in the middle of a road trip. President Kelley is a very nice person and made us feel so welcome. The members of the branch are also nice and welcoming people. Definitely a special and sweet experience.

I am a regular patron of this Branch and want everyone to know that we love it when we get to have the opportunity to have a family or individuals who are traveling through our area on Sunday stop in to join with us! Come and share your trip experiences with us and a little about yourselves. We are all God's children living together on this wonderful world that he has created for us. That makes us all Brothers and Sisters! And when you come to spend an hour or two with us, it's like welcoming a new family relationship into our home! We might even be able to point you to or see something new that you didn't know about while you are on vacation here! See you soon! Our light is always on!

In case you are wondering, yes, the branch meets in the funeral home. I went in my hiking attire and was warmly greeted by the small but charming group of people.
