  Can not reccomend Xtreme Body Piercing enough! Got my nose pierced here (twice) & my preteen son got his ear pierced! The space itself is welcoming, clean & comfortable! Our piercer was friendly & professional and talked us through each step during our session! She takes her time, explains hygiene, placement, and healing while keeping the vibe chill in a very clean shop. Got a rook and septum from her and both experiences were great. Plus, she’ll work with you if anything needs adjustment, no ego. Grateful to have a piercer with her level of skill in this area.

  Hi! I posted a review here before, then took it down because I was afraid I was acting like a Karen or being unfair. After some reflection and research, I found that only two things in my original review were wrong, and I would like to apologize for them. I got a navel piercing here about a month ago. In terms of aftercare, I was doing twice-daily saline soaks, avoiding standing and public water, and doing my best to keep the jewelry from snagging. However, it got infected about two weeks ago, but the infection itself is not the problem. The problem is what contributed to me getting the infection in that navel piercing. Before, I stated that I sent an email to this piercer, but they did not respond. I was wrong about that. After checking my sent emails, I did not find what I had sent. That is my fault for not checking, and I would like to apologize. However, my other criticisms are entirely valid, and I will explain why. When I got the piercing, the piercer did not give me a choice of jewelry. Normally, this would not be a problem if the jewelry that the piercer chose was the right fit for my navel. However, this piercer did not do a proper anatomy check. After having consulted two different piercers, I was told that they would not have personally pierced it. In my original review, I stated that my navel was too "shallow"; however, upon review, I found that I used the wrong wording, for which I apologize. My navel is not too shallow, but it is crooked. It leans to the right, pushing the skin up against the jewelry and irritating the piercing. This irritation was made worse by the length of the bar, which was entirely too long for my navel. The piercer responded to my first review, stating that they use the same size bar for all clients to account for embedding due to swelling. However, using the same length bar does not account for everyone's unique anatomy. My belly button is uniquely short, which means that the bar that was given to me was entirely too long, even when accounting for the swelling. Because of the length, the jewelry snagged very often, which made the irritation even worse. All of this contributed to me contracting the infection, as irritation makes piercings more prone to infection. Further, this piercer accused me of not having an infection and said it was simply irritation, without even looking at the piercing. I can certify that I went to an urgent care on the day before I posted that original review, and the doctor found drainage and prescribed me antibiotics. Now, I am waiting to see if this piercing, which is at a very high risk of rejection now, both because of the infection and because of my anatomy, can be salvaged. I apologize for my comments on this piercer's communication and for my miswording, but not for my criticisms, as they are fair and have been supported by multiple professionals.

  Nope. She pierced my daughters nose and used the wrong gauge (it was an eyebrow ring) which made an enormous hole, the length was too long (it stuck out the bottom of her nostril) and pierced it at the wrong angle. We had to go and get it fixed when we came home. So no, I wouldn’t go here again.
