I eat there several times a week. The food there is amazing. Oh don't forget the deserts. The cakes and pies. But wait, one of the lady's that makes the pies "sweet potato pies" her name is "Tansy." When I tell you, they need to replace Patti pies with "Tansy's" pies. They do. Tansy's swet potatoes pies are awesome. If you decide to get a slice, make sure you ask who made the pie. On the other hand, there's one server Jenelle. She actually knows how to make the plates without being afraid to give us our money worth. Thank you. I travel from the other side of town to sew into their business. I pray whoever is over the kitchen, teach the servers to give better portions. Oh, and the cake and pie slices for $5, really. They are cut so thin and asking for $5. The only one that knows how to slice the pies is "Tansy." Overall, I love the food and the people. But if those spoons of this and that, don't increase, I will have stop driving from the other side of town for spoons of food. Hands down, Tansy pies are great and they should give the people what they want.

I LOVE THE UNITED HOUSE OF PRAYER AND IT MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYBODY, I’M GLAD THAT IT’S FOR ME! PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS TALK NEGATIVE ABOUT THAT THEY DON’T SEEM RIGHT TO THEM OR HAVE LISTENED TO WHAT THEY HAVE HEARD, WHILE I WILL TELL YOU THIS, I STARTED GOING TO A BAPTIST AS A LITTLE GIRL AND EVERY SUNDAY MY MOTHER HAD TO WAKE ME UP, BUT WHEN SHE LEFT AND I WAS ABOUT 12 YEARS, I WENT UP IN THERE AND WAS AMAZED AND I’M 60 NOW,I’M STILL A MEMBER , HALLELUJAH 👏🏾

Went for lunch. Good "real" food, reasonable price, great service. An alternative to junk fast food. Options include items like cabbage, black-eyed peas, yams, okra/corn/tomatoes, mashed potatoes, rice and gravy, mac and cheese. You get the idea.
