LOVE my church, LOVE my church family & LOVE MY PASTOR. We love to worship & praise JESUS. ❤️ From the moment we stepped foot into the doors 9 months ago, everyone has been so sweet & welcoming. I couldn’t imagine my life without Temple Baptist Church. The children’s ministry is the BEST I have ever seen. My girls truly enjoy it every service. The amount of time, effort, & care that is put into each service doesn’t go unnoticed. We love & appreciate the ENTIRE staff. I highly recommend TEMPLE BAPTIST CHURCH. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I walked in to Temple in 2008 as someone’s guest and haven’t left since then! There is no doubt that Temple sure enough knows how to worship! I have grown so much in my walk with God through the incredible preaching of Dr Hurte and the numerous people I have received encouragement and discipleship training through. There’s something wonderful for every age. The children’s program is one of the most involved I’ve seen. So thankful to be able to serve with them! There are no words to describe how truly wonderful this place is!!

Absolutely LOVE my church! It’s not just a church, but a family! Dr Hurte preaches truth and loves his congregation. This church believes in the power of prayer and I have never seen God move before like I have here, in the church and in my own personal walk with Him. Temple Baptist is the best place to worship!

God has used Temple Baptist Church to bless my family tremendously! It's wonderful to worship with others who love Jesus, have a desire to know the Bible more, and love people! Temple is filled with prayer warriors who will pray fervently for you and with you...not just the adults, but the kids as well! I'm so thankful God led us to TBC!

Love my church ! Best CHRIST centered church ! Pastor Hurte preaches Gods word and isn’t afraid of what others think !! Absolutely the BEST child ministry in SC ! Most lovely welcoming and caring people !!

I’ve been to Temple, a few times. I’ve had mostly positive experiences there. However, it rubs me the wrong way that they require a ticket to get in their special music services. Do you really think a lost soul is going to pay to go to church? These services should be free, with a love offering. Probably won’t be going back, and that’s unfortunate.

We stopped by after seeing the trunk or treat on our way to another location. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the coordinators. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My kids loved the production they put on. We enjoyed it so much we are even considering sending out kids to school there.

fantastic services. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Not once have I ever felt judged or looked down at while visiting Temple. The pastor is great at sending his message to everyone. He can break things down to help you understand with ease. Great place to worship.

My son attends school at this amazing place! I can't begin to tell you how amazing this church, school, daycare is... It's pricey but for a private Christian school it's very manageable in comparison. The teachers are Soo wonderful, staff are a blessing, school is fantastic. My son went from public school failing, missing days, to nearly on anti depressants to Temple passing with B+, rarely missing school, the happiest I have ever seen him. He's been saved and has transformed into a wonderful God loving Christian. Temple is an answer to a mother's heart broken prayers. I just wish other children could go who struggle with the same issues as my son did at Robert Anderson.

I went there with my daughter to train some of the young men on the basketball team! I was impressed with them and their will to learn! Awesome gym and I could tell they have amazing support! Keep up the great work for God and making a difference in your community!

Whether just visiting or looking for a home, this welcoming church family has a love for people and the Lord. Whether you like traditional or contemporary, southern gospel music or hymns, you will feel right at home at Temple. No matter what stage of life you are in, the preaching will help you, the prayers uplift you, and the experience will change you.

I hear more about politics here than i do jesus. These people have their priorities backwards. You won’t find the word of the lord here.

A wonderful church with a Spirit filled atmosphere. A powerful choir, great congregational singing with power preaching. When in Anderson visit if you live there join. Dr. Steve Hurte loves Jesus, his church and community and the folks at Temple emulate that love.

I didn't get a chance to go in. My nephew was scheduled for a class and it was told to me by a very kind office employee that she didn't know about it. But a member of the church came up and explained that some of the members had Covid-19 and church was cancelled. Very nice ladies. I hope the virus is destroyed by a vaccine soon. I think it is a good church. God Bless!

My daughter and her husband became members at Temple Baptist. I have been with them a couple of times. Everyone there is wonderful and they all make you feel welcome!
