We have had the best experience at Providence Church Preschool over the years. From the 2s class through the pre-k 4s class. The teachers truly care about the students & families, while providing them a welcoming, loving, nurturing, safe & fun educational environment. We can’t say enough good things about PCP!

Providence gets it right where church is concerned: it’s a place to ask the tough questions about the Bible, a soft place to land with people who genuinely care when life’s hard. A place of Jesus over judgement- less concerned with society’s latest rules of what is considered Christian and more concerned with creating a community of faith in something bigger than ourselves. I felt compelled to write a review when I rarely do because in this divisive world one place that embraces all is Providence. Regardless of your denomination, this is an inclusive church with a caring congregation.

I felt uplifted and enthused about Providence Church from my first visit. I have attended for eight months and am now a member. It is great to be part of this church family.

This church just hired a new pastor that is, by his own admission, a privileged white man. I point this out simply because he hijacked a prayer over the newly graduated people of Baylor university by saying that privileged white men were evil. He is exactly what he feels is a problem. How can a group of people that share is this idea hire and follow a problem? The pastor believes in destroying life through abortion, he believes that guns are bad and therefore people do not have the right to defend themselves because someone might get hurt and that would make him sad (he's ok with the victim being hurt though), he wants people to feel guilty for things that someone else did because he is of the same skin color of those that made the mistakes. He wants to push for a life that punishes good and is accepting of the bad. We all have committed sin, we all can find grace and forgiveness through god, not through reparations.

We joined in on their thanksgiving feast while driving through town. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The Pastor, Don, was great!

These people are family and are ready to welcome anyone else into it. They love you fiercely and support you wholeheartedly. They love God and show it in the ways they worship and live.
