The preaching was great, the music was okay. We were apart if this church h for 18 months. We got filtered into a d group shortly after coming. We had an autistic daughter with ADHD and could make alot of the D group events because we didn't have sitters or my daughter being autistic would have melt downs. Our d group told us not to come back, church leadership back them up and accused us of not being "on mission for Jesus" because we couldn't find a sitter or our child was having trouble and couldn't come. Looking at it some years past, children should be our first mission and leadership over looked that, and there apparently isn't room to taking care of you family first when yound group takes priority. So as long as you have normal kids, or stay for the preaching and not community you should be okay.

We've only been here 3 times but every time we are met with warmth and love. The worship and sermons are very Biblically based which is exactly what we've been looking for. If you're looking for a place to fellowship with other believers or want to learn more about what it means to follow Jesus, this is a great place to start.

We moved to Rock Hill approximately 20 months ago and one of our first goals was to find a church. We visited several that we found to be great but North Rock Hill Church really grabbed us. The preaching is totally bible-based and there are several excellent pastors preaching. The music is amazing sound quality is outstanding and people are just very friendly. I highly recommend North Rock Hill Church.

I love North Rock Hill church and the way that Gods word touches me in every sermon that I’ve heard. Their environment is so encouraging and uplifting, and displays the community of God in a beautiful way. My heart and relationship has grown so much through my college years by attending this church, and even now as I’m out of school, I feel as though this is a comforting and safe place where God never fails to reach me in any season of life I am in. Thank you, North Rock Hill, for deepening my love and understanding of our great God!

Our family has been attending North Rock Hill Church for 14 Years. It truly has become our family; it fits like your favorite shirt. Coming from a very traditional service; I enjoy the laid back atmosphere as it appeals to everyone where you are in your religious journey. They have awesome programming for kids and families as well as for singles. Give it a try… you have nothing to lose.

We moved to the area in January of this year and NRHC was the first church we visited. We’ve been coming ever since. We love the culture and community of believers there. Our 2 sons are always excited to attend Students’ meeting on Wednesday nights, our 11-yr-old said, “it feels like another home”. We appreciate the relationship and discipleship focus, the strong biblical teaching, and the strong, authentic leadership.

We moved here from the West Coast and we were very concerned about finding a church in the south that wasn't simply a cultural christian church, where people just go because that is what you do. I was also concerned about finding a pastor who is genuine and real and the same person in the pulpit as he is away from it. I was a pastor for 31 years and I can spot a phony very easily. Let me say how pleasantly surprised I have been with North Rock Hill Church. Chad Merrill the main preaching pastor is down to earth, genuine and real. He preaches the Word and is expository and true to the text. He makes it practical showing how it relates to our lives. His relationship with God is real and this comes through. This is also true of the other pastors on staff. Carl and Brett. Both solid men, who truly love the Lord and ministry. God is moving at North Rock Hill and bringing new people every week. This church's focus is on making disciples and they have 27 small groups, they call them D groups where people meet in homes and grow together in their relationship with God by looking into the Word together and sharing life together. If you are looking for church with people who are real and want to grow in their love relationship with God as well as reaching out to the world then you have got to come check us out. This West coaster has been truly blessed.

THE BEST!!! This church has become my church home since I began attending college in Rock Hill 4 years ago. This church and its body are committed to sharing the truth of the Gospel, and implementing this in real and every day life. There is a place to learn about Jesus for all ages...from kids ministry, to student ministry, to adult small groups. If you are looking for a church family to love and encourage you in your spiritual walk, or if you are not a believer but want to learn more about who Jesus is, I invite you to come Sunday mornings!

North Rock Hill has been my home for 2 years now. During this time I have found friends who have become my family. A community of people who pour into me so I can learn how to pour into others. I have seen true discipleship in action. Although I will be moving soon they have taught me what a healthy church looks like and the reminder they are my family forever. Love NRHC

Wonderful, welcoming place to worship and get connected to others. If you want to learn who God is, what he expects of us, how we are supposed to act, what our role is in life and how we are to live it out, come visit our church. Our church is about community and making disciples who make disciples. It’s not perfect, because it’s full of broken people, but we are actively living out God’s call to be a light in a dark world. We would love for you to join us.

My husband and I attended our previous church for about 5 years. It was very difficult for us to leave but when we moved to Rock Hill the drive was just too much and we want to find a church here in town. We both immediately felt connected at NRHC. It's a church where you can really get plugged in and have a real church community and you feel like a family--that was very important to us.

When my wife and I were first invited to North Rock Hill Church, I had been hurt by previous churches in my hometown, and my wife was not sure what she believed about God at all ( or if there even was one). The people at NRHC met us where we were and I never felt judged or misunderstood. They were patient, consistent and invested in our personal and spiritual well being. We ended up joining a small group hosted by church members and saw so much growth in ourselves and our relationship during this time! North Rock Hill Church is full of people who share their authentic selves, and truly put into the practice the things the Bible teaches and teach others how to do the same. People who I believe are not "culturally christian" but genuinely changed by Jesus and want to live that out in a real way to positively impact the people they come in contact with in church and outside of it. The children's ministry is a safe and very organized environment that we trust our children are cared for and nurtured in. I leave every Sunday challenged by biblical truth, encouraged by genuine community and throughout the week stay connected to our small group members where we all go through the ups and downs of life together. North Rock Hill Church has been instrumental in healing and growth for me and my family.

My family have attended NRHC since 2011 and became partners in 2016. I enjoy the consistency in the gospel-centered teaching week to week through series. Vertical progression in the word. Awesome child care! Children bring home material and are engaged ever Sunday through children's ministry. Great atmosphere for Jesus loving people.

We haven't attended the church yet but our oldest son went to the youth group function this past Wednesday night. He loved it and wants to go back. The youth pastor is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I don’t care what this post says they didn’t answer my call especially after me feeling bad about myself and who I am as a person Discharge does not need to Have anyone going to them? They didn’t even answer when I tried to call them. Screw this place

They take the great commission seriously and aspire to develop a culture of discipleship throughout the congregation. Great messages each week from Scripture. Opportunities to serve along with discipleship groups weekly. Great place to grow as a disciple and learn to disciple others.

North Rock Hill Church is a very welcoming church. They emphasize discipleship, community and of course faith. All of the staff are helpful, caring, everything you’d want with a church staff.
