We stopped here to catch the eclipse. One of the caretakers stopped by and was one of the nicest people that I have met. The church has some great, important history and I am so happy to see that it has stood the times. Just knowing what this church stood for was more impressive than the eclipse. From my brief experience with the people of this church, I came away with the feeling that the members of this congregation must be some good people.

I attended a funeral service of a very special person today and I had never seen in my 49 years of living where the Pastor of the church took time to help serve the bereaved family, friends, and guests at repass.Von James
