Details
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a worldwide Christian faith community focused on following the teachings of Jesus Christ. Members believe in the Bible and the Book of Mormon as scripture and emphasize family, service, and personal growth. Weekly services include a sacrament meeting, where members partake in a ritual similar to communion to remember Christ, followed by classes for children, youth, and adults. What to expect at church.
Churches are organized into local congregations called wards or branches, which serve as community hubs for worship, learning, and fellowship. These groups vary in size and may include general congregations, language-specific wards, or those tailored to young adults.
The Church also operates temples for sacred rituals and covenants, emphasizing eternal family bonds and spiritual growth. Learn more about temples.

Well, I did not actually go to Church yesterday...but it was my last stop on an unwanted adventure from Tryon NC - a 7 hour journey with many 4 letter words and many anger management tools in use...my car was running hot the whole way due to a bad water pump. A BMW- I did not have the $ for the new one yet... As my car died pulling up beside the church, I almost cried. I was certain that this place would bless me with a gallon of water for my final 6 mile run to my home. All day I had battled the water issue. There was a gentleman there. We spoke from a distance. He was mowing the church property, which is very nice I must add. I could tell by the presentation the facility has a history. I yelled to the landscaper...maybe Pastor ..maybe Jesus. I don't know, but when I asked for water he simply directed me to a home that sit very close to the church property. As I left from that seemingly simplistic moment in time I said to myself and I guess God ,too, "Im gonna be in that Church someday soon." Anyways..5 stars for ever getting me to say those words. If the church can make me feel like that on the outside...imagine the inside. Kudos. Kudos
