The church, it’s congregation has become our spiritual home. We were so welcomed and embraced with the Spirit of Christ, at our first visit. We belong to the Family of Crist, as our Pastor calls us . Amen

Kind of expected some dull, dumbed down mainstream pseudo-Christianity in a tourist location like this, but this place left no doubt of its Lutheranism. Also walked the line perfectly of being extremely welcoming without being too in-your-face.

Island Lutheran is like coming home for me. It's a place where we truly care about one another. It's not perfect, but then neither am I. That makes it a good fit for me.

Very friendly place that has great, dedicated musicians. They have a blended service many on weeks. It is a LCMS church.
