Salam. It shows online that the masjid is open 24 hours, but I came twice at Asr time and it was closed. Many people are coming from other states expecting it to be open. While I was there, two families also came asking if it was open because they wanted to pray. This is not good and can be very frustrating. Please update the hours. Thank you.

Jumuah prayer had hundreds of people but when I went for other prayers it was empty each time it was two other people only. The masjid is very nice.

I was there today for jumuaa . in islam to do salat or donation is not lake that the imam is forced people to donate almost 60% of the mosaline today was shame the image make them shame he start to asked people to donate 2000 after 1500 after a 1000 you can't do that in masjed the people are shame he press them is lake auction to sale a car if I want to donate or zakate I want no body know that you have a donation box that's all you can't ask for money lake that is the last time I go to that masjed I change in Wilmington I'm not going to auction I'm there for pray not 30 minutes the imam force all the mosaline yo donate that is not from islam that imam shame me anr otheres I hope he stop that

If you're visiting Myrtle Beach and looking for a place to pray, Grand Strand Islamic Society is the place to go. Clean wudu areas, plenty of parking, and a peaceful atmosphere. I’ve also attended a few programs and always feel welcomed — even as a newcomer. Really appreciate what they’re doing for Muslims in the area.

The masjid is beautiful but for the eid Salah there was no information that the Salah was happening somewhere else. The masjid imam did not communicate that the eid Salah was happening elsewhere, and there were at least 30 men and families waiting outside this masjid waiting for eid prayer, so we had to pray our own eid prayer. We were all traveling so if the social media page of the masjid can be updated about the timing and location of eid and jummah Salah, that would be much appreciated and better for everyone in the future. The masjid itself is very clean and nice inside.

I recently visited Myrtle Beach from Atlanta, GA. for a weekend and had opportunity to pray Jummah Salah. MashaAllah the Imam gave very good Khutbah (Jummah Baiyan, a reminder to all of us about life and death) and also the masjid was open for all other regular salahs too.. If you're visiting Myrtle Beach, I recommend you to visit and pray at Grand Strand Islamic Society masjid, it has Clean wudu areas, plenty of parking, and a peaceful atmosphere. I love this masjid.

This is the house of Allah but most of people there believe it’s the house of the management! and management believes they inherited it! And that’s how it runs accordingly , filthy place, snakes in the yard , roaches …and specially women area is used as storage there’s no respect for elderly and the place Is not handicapped friendly I heard brothers cursing each other’s, I saw people denied handicap parking while they have permit and I saw management black mail and threatened some brothers to keep their positions! No timely prayers the imam struggling to keep salat on time ! No plans for development or go forward as it was a hoax plan to start with deceiving blue prints and conn some wealthy elders may Allah bless the community and guides all of us to the right path.
