I’ve been here SEVERAL times now when I visit Myrtle Beach. Everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was uplifting. Pastor Chris is sincere, passionate, and is great. You can tell he genuinely cares about people annd the community and believes and lives what he is teaching. I saw a review saying that they aren’t welcoming if you believe different, and I cannot disagree more with this statement. I grew up Baptist and the pastor and the community have been extremely great to ask questions and discuss different things. Great church with great people. Love the music. I only come out that way a couple times a year, but when I do Forward Church is on my must do list

Forward Church is more than just a Sunday service; they truly care for the community. Their outreach programs and welcoming atmosphere make it a fantastic place for families. The preaching/teaching is solid and the worship is authentic! After settling into Myrtle Beach we tried a few larger churches but missed out on the family like aspect of fellowship but here we blend right in.

Forward church is an amazing and welcoming church. They are engaged with the community and look for ways to connect and invite them in. Pastor Chris is great he stands firm on the word of God and does not stray away from hard topics. Highly recommend this church!

Friendly and welcoming church. If you are looking for good church to visit, and attend, Forward Church should be on your list. Pastor Chris is a caring leader to his congregation and to all who walk through the church doors.

A wonderful new church in the 501/Carolina Forest area. Relevant worship service. Pastor Chris is a super dude. They are really focusing on community needs and reaching outside the walls to do good things. Easy enough access to the building… though parking out front can be tough.

I’ve visited Forward four or five times in the last five years. I’ve come in as a guest speaker. Every time I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very family friendly. I would definitely recommend this church to locals and visitors of Myrtle Beach.

While on vacation with my family we were looking for a AG church to attend Sunday morning. I am so glad we chose Forward. My youngest daughter attended their children’s church while my teenagers, husband and I attended service. They all received something from service. The pastor was engaging and relatable to all ages. My teenagers enjoyed the sermon so much that they have asked to return on our next vacation to the area. My youngest loved children’s church and volunteered information on everything she learned. Normally I have to pry it out of her. We felt welcomed as soon as we entered the doors. Thank you!

Forward has such a wonderful atmosphere. The hospitality of their teams is amazing. They definitely make you feel like family. Pastor Honeycutt strong sound biblical message that is both engaging and empowering with the capability of reaching the entire room, no matter the demographic.
