I am new to NC someone recommended this church. I came alone because my husband had to work Last Sun. Greeters opened the door not even a good hi was spoken. I looked lost and was trying to figure out where to go for the service. After a min. A nice gentleman Justin came over to see if I needed help. He was great showing me around and talked to me. Besides Justin, from my car to my seat and back out the door to my car passing many couples, families, and greeters and singles I felt no one even seen me there. No hi, I haven't meant you, what brought you here today, just no responses from anyone. Only when told to greet people around you. I left wanting to cry. I was hoping to make a connection with more than one person in a church this size. Maybe everyone there Sun. was new? One church we tried 20 people came right up to us and not only said hi we got hugs Yes, was still looking for a different type of worship so I came here. To be honest the people in the grocery store have been more outgoing and friendlier than this church. So sad! If you can't connect in a church where should I try next? Very disappointed! The worship and message was very good.

We have been attending the Ft. Mill campus for a few years. The best thing l love at this church is the music. Your musicians are awesome. God bless them.

Attended this church while visiting family in Fort Mill. If we lived in the area this is where we would be going. What a wonderful message on loving one another and Christian “care-ability!” Beautiful worship, reverence for the Word of God, sweet spirit and presence of God, and benediction blessings. Thank you Forest Hill Church for the welcoming, encouraging, shepherding, loving heart of Father God today!

Great friendly environment, and a great place to hear the word of God. Large nursery for those with kids. The music is very well done and usually consists of the modern Christian songs heard on Christian radio. Highly recommend!

Attended when we first arrived as new residents of Fort Mill. I had high hopes based on the website and all we read and heard that we could call this church home. The earplugs in the basket before you enter were an indication of how loud the music was. 25+ years a worship leader, and I couldn't stand it :( Then in the middle of the sermon, people (MULTIPLE GROUPS...kids AND adults) would get up, leave, come back and it continued. So distracting and disrespectful. We have looked long and hard since this first visit, and are disappointed with each place we have visited. We thought finding a church in the South would be easy, however we just havent found "home" yet. Maybe we will give Forest Hill another try, we really wanted this to be the place we could feel at home and get connected. Praying God leads us to the right place...

I have attended Forest Hill church for 14 years. When I started I was single, and over the years the church has been there to help me grow and transition into a wife and mother. If you are searching for a contemporary worship experience, with a small church feel, FHFM is it. The church offers so many wonderful things… Two services on Sunday, one for the early birds, and one for the folks who like to sleep in a bit. Free Counseling for members. An Amazing childrens program for infants-5th grade on Sunday mornings. A Youth program Wednesday nights for 6-12th grade students. Small groups so anyone in any life stage can get involved. Many service projects and ways to volunteer both in the community and at the church. Women’s and Mens meet ups at breakfast and/or in the evenings. A campus pastor who lives in the community. I am so very thankful for FHFM! I genuinely hope this review is helpful in your search for a church family in the fort mill area.

They have given a lot of effort to be welcoming to all ages, Amazing kid rooms, engaging worahip, coffee to enjoy during the main meeting, but most importantly the staff seem genuine, humble, wanting to live by God's truth and help others to do so. A great experience!
