I have been attending Family Outreach Word & Worship Center ever since my twins were about 3 months old and my middle child was 3 years old and older child 8. Now they all are 15 (twins) 17 and 23 years of age. This is a place where the Pastor really knows my family and is really concern about the everyday life of each one of them. He is not so anti social that he will not come down to your level to say hello, how are you? how was your day? How are the kids doing in school or pull the kids aside and ask them how are they doing in school today or hey "Taylor" how is that report card this nine weeks? Or Hey "Tyson" Let's talk in my office. "My favorite, He came to teach youth bible study and really talked to the kids about everyday life" so the kids was amazed that their Bishop would come and sit down with them," Let them know his door is always open for them, because he was a little kid before... And what can I say about Our "First Lady" AWESOME WOMAN OF GOD" someone who Loves people and love God.. always willing to help where ever there is a need.I thank God for a Pastor and a First Lady that has the Heart of him and thought it not robbery to step down to minister his people with the kind of Love and compassion that he gives us everyday if we so choose to let him into our life. So I say if you are looking for a church where you are just not a face in a crowd and want to be part of a family, well Join us on Wednesday evening at 7:00 Bible Study ( our very own first lady is teaching) and on Sunday morning service 11:00 (praise & worship) & 11:30 ( for the word of God spoken from our very own Bishop Melvin L. Brown) I promise you will not be disappointed!
