Founded by Bishop Aaron Herbert Lee Moore, Sr., the church is now led by Pastors Javetta and Timothy Campbell. Christian Praise & Worship Center, formerly known as the Alpha Omega Reformed House of God, was founded on March 10, 1961, by the late Bishop Aaron Herbert Lee Moore, Sr. Bishop Moore was a charismatic Pentecostal preacher whose ministry was marked by powerful preaching, sound teaching, and a strong emphasis on deliverance and soul-winning. Under his leadership, the church became known for its vibrant worship services, dynamic preaching, and anointed music ministry, impacting generations of believers across Charleston, the Carolinas, and the East Coast Our Story.

Following Bishop Moore’s passing, his daughter, Pastor Lonnie Moore Palmer, assumed leadership and continued to build upon the spiritual foundation laid by her father. For over 25 years, she served as Senior Pastor, guiding the church with strength, compassion, and spiritual authority. Known for her melodic soprano voice, Pastor Palmer was also a renowned choir director, organist, and singer whose music ministry touched countless lives Our Story.

Today, the church is led by Pastors Javetta and Timothy Campbell, who are committed to continuing the legacy of powerful worship, transformative teaching, and Kingdom advancement.
